developed for office usage with a feature timber staircase providing access between

The complete reinstatement of the property which was severly damaged by fire. The
fire originated on the second floor, causing extensive damage to the second floor and above, in particular to the rear elevation and roof. Water damage was sustained by the entire building, with the lower floors
being particularly affected. The structure of the house and roof was entirely reconstituted and due to the damage the layout of the building
was able to be efficiently redesigned.
