Admix Company Ltd. is operating on the Bulgarian market since 2007 and for this

period it has proven itself as major and trusted supplier to many companies in the

food industry. The company has skilled and qualified personnel and extensive

experience with import and export of food additives.

Since 2013 Admix Ltd. is offering products for end customers – Yo-Aktiv range.

These are products for home production – yogurt starter culture for up to 2 L milk

application and rennet for home cheese production for up to 15 L milk application

as well as products for small producers/farmers – yogurt starter culture for up to

20 L milk application. Up to this moment Admix Ltd has local distributors of Yo-Aktiv

range in several countries around the world.

Yogurt starter culture for 2 L milk application

DESCRIPTION

Yo-Aktiv starter culture is intended for homemade yogurt production and each

sachet is for inoculating 1-2L milk. Aluminum foil of the sachets helps to maintain

the strength of the culture unchanged during the entire shelf life of the product.

COMPOSITION At least 108 vital freeze-dried cells of lactic-acid bacteria Lactobacillus

bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.

The product does not contain preservatives, colors and GMO.

DOSAGE

1 sachet/ 1-2 L milk

STORAGE

From -18°С to +6°С in original packaging.

Why use Yo-Aktiv yogurt

starter culture?

By using the Yo-Aktiv yogurt starter

culture you ensure presence of

minimum 108 lactic acid bacteria

Lactobacillus bulgaricus and

Streptococcus thermophilus in your

yogurt.

With the regular use of starter

culture there is no risk of bacteria

degeneration in the ready product

as it is when using 1-2 spoons of

yogurt as starter.

Cheese rennet for 15 L application

DESCRIPTION

The Yo-Aktiv rennet is intended for homemade cheese production and each

sachet can coagulate up to 15 L milk. Aluminum foil of the sachets helps to

maintain the strength of the rennet unchanged during the entire shelf life of the

product.

COMPOSITION

Chymosin, Casein peptone, Sodium chloride.

The product does not contain preservatives, colors and GMO.

DOSAGE

1 sachet/ 15 L milk

At room temperature in original packaging.

Advantages of Yo-Aktiv

cheese rennet – 15 L Yo-Aktiv cheese rennet is 100%

chymosin coagulant. Unlike the

prevalent microbial rennets on the

market, the chymosin rennet helps to

reduce the bitterness in the ready dairy

products. The chymosin coagulants are

characterized by higher yield as well as

better milk protein catching

properties.

The powder rennet has more benefits -

it stays unchanged with the same

activity for each coagulation as

opposed to the liquid rennet, which

loses part of its activity after bottle

opening. This provides you the

convenience to use the same dosage

every time and to get the same results

with better yield and reduced

bitterness in the cheese.

Each sachet is for inoculating 20 L milk.

Aluminum foil of the sachets helps to maintain the strength of the culture

unchanged during the entire shelf life of the product.

Benefits of Yo-Aktiv yogurt starter culture - 20 L

Using Yo-Aktiv starter culture you ensure clean and pure yogurt, which consists

only of raw milk and starter culture. With Yo-Aktiv starter culture the milk

fermentation longs approximately for 5 hours and due to it you receive thick

yogurt with good structure, which is characterized by milder flavor during the

first days and the classic acidification during the next days. This is happening

thanks to the exact ratio between the good bacteria, typical for the yogurts -

Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.
