The HFSA Virtual Annual Scientific Meeting offers a diverse program including basic science, translational and clinical sessions. There is somethingfor everyone interested in heart failure. In 2020, HFSA will collaborate with Medscape Education to develop a customized virtual conference platform,MedscapeLIVE!, with an immersive and engaging learning environment. The meeting will take place September 30 – October 6, 2020, and includethe following elements:

RATES AND FEESRegistration The HFSA Virtual ASM 2020 is a seven-day, virtual gathering of heart failure teams, taking place September 30 - October 6, 2020. Rates for thisyear's virtual meeting have been deeply discounted to make it easier for all members of the heart failure care team to attend. Rates below includeall elements of the meeting, including live streaming, online chats, networking activities, access to the Virtual Exhibit and Poster Halls, and accessto the platform for 90 days post-meeting.

Cancellation PolicyAll registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by September 8, 2020. A refund of all fees, minus $80 administration fee,will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after September 8, 2020. Substitutionsare gladly accepted! A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request [email protected]. All transfers, including onsite transfers, must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submittingthe transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due based on member/non-member pricing, etc.) associated with thatsubstitution. Funds from the program may not be transferred to another program.
