Entechgaz is a combustion energy company supplying
the industrial and manufacturing sectors with a wide
range of burners, gas trains, boilers, industrial heater
applications, burner management system equipment
and thermal imaging services. It is a majority
black owned level 3 entreprise with cofounders
actively involved in the business on a strategic and
management level.
Our O�ces
Our head o�ce is based in Booysens, Johannesburg
and the workshop in Reuven, Johannesburg. It enjoys
a presence in Richards Bay, Kwazulu Natal where it is
strategically located to provide combustion products
and services to the industrial hub of processing
smelters, paper milling, mining and beneficiation
centres. Our services division provides advisory
and maintenance services on high and low pressure
lines for a wide range of fossil fuel pipeline solutions.
The company is part of the Sakhikusasa group which
houses civil, mechanical and electrical engineering
and technician expertise.

Our business is proud to have and continues to service well respected customers such as Unilever, Mondi, South 32 (formerly BHP Billiton), CNG Holdings and the Gauteng Department of Infrastructure Development among other clients.
We have designed and installed gas lines by connecting the gas trains to pressure regulating systems and
end user applications in the manufacturing processes; supplied dual fired burners utilising gas and liquid
fuels, performed boiler conversions and issued completion certificates.

Most production facilities require heating and cooling applications to convert raw material inputs into user
friendly finished goods for customers. The combustion process involves the chemical reaction of burning
fossil fuel sources such as coal, diesel, heavy fuel liquids (HFO) to produce the required heat profile and
temperature required to process raw materials. This process is virtually identical among factories. The only
variations are the equipment such as burners, boilers, kilns, fluidized beds that are used in the di�erent
manufacturing processes. Our burners can also operate with biogas, ethanol, coal dust, sawdust, waste oil
and waste gases.

Natural Gas Pipeline Design, Modification and Installations
Our gas pipeline design involves constructing a detailed isometric drawing of the pipe routing using
modern computer assisted drawing software to determine dimensions and pipe supports. It is then
followed by a stress analysis through a detailed evaluation of pipe lines in accordance with international
codes and standards on gas piping. Our clients are then issued with a detailed design report signed o� by
a publicly registered engineers. Welding is performed in accordance with independently signed o�
welding procedures. We ensure the correct welding techniques to ensure our pipes continue long
useful life without leaks and erosion/corrosion e�ects.
Domestic and Industrial Burners
Our burner o�ering for the commercial and industrial market can be categorised in three main groups of
products namely monoblock/duoblock burners, new generation gas burners and industrial burners.
In complement of our burner equipment o�ering, we supply and install hot air generators, high
temperature resistant process burners special for industrial furnaces and fluidized bed boilers and premix
burners for condensing boilers. Our gas fired hot air generators expedite the drying processes and
applications of various industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, adhesives,
automotive, textile.

Eco series industrial burners with duo block body construction can be
used for hot water boiler steam boiler thermal fluid boiler, dryers start
up applications and hot air /gas generators. ECO model burners can be
operated with natural gas, LPG, heavy oil, light oil and combined fuel.
