ULTRASONIC technology integration

Unparalleled range of materials withULTRASONIC & milling on one machine.

ULTRASONIC is a promising technology for complex for virtually any industry that requires geometry machining with advanced materials. Through kinematic overlap of the tool rotation with an additional oscillation, normally challenging materials can now be machined economically with high quality results. Minimal process forces enable thin filament machining and offer longer tool service life by significantly reducing material micro-cracks. Depending on the material, surface finishes of Ra <0.000004 in. are also possible.
