REPORT

Owing to your kind support and cooperation, AEON 1% Club Foundation has successfully carried out the AEON

Scholarship Granting Ceremony in Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam during the period from

November to December in 2019, and would like to report it as follows.

① To support students' dreams‘ realization and hope that the students will become leaders in their

respective fields of specialization in the future

② Through exchange opportunities, students can deepen their understanding and interest in Japan and

With AEON scholarship support, I

can fulfill my dream of becoming a

journalist, a educator. I want to

share and equip Cambodian women

necessary skills.

Scholarship will help me in student

life, reducing the burden for my

family. I will become a Programmer

with more learning opportunities

Thanks to AEON scholarship, I can

devote myself to studying. I want to

become a Japanese teacher in

Cambodia because I want to have a

wide view on matters.

In Myanmar, we have a system that 3rd and 4th grade students who achieve a good academic

record can get increased scholarship.

I have a plan to become chief accountant and

finally financial consultant. I was very pleased to

get AEON scholarship. I decided to attend the

English class with this scholarship.

My future dream is to become an efficient business

woman. I am very interested in marketing strategy.

I want to learn the efficient methods of marketing in

Japan.

I have chosen to major in Japanese because

of the love for Japan. Kanji is quite hard but,

I find it interesting because similarity in

Grammar with Myanmar language. I want to

learn design in Japan.

Studying Japanese is difficult. Thanks to

lecturers’ encouragement, I was able to

continue studying. My future dream is to

study in Japan, learn Japanese culture.

My future dream is to become an excellent interpreter. However,

like many other students, paying for tuition and living expenses is

always a daily concern for me. Therefore, the AEON 1% Scholarship

is not only a source of financial support but also a great morale

encouragement for me to be more confident on the path.

When I was 8 year old, I had a serious traffic accident. After many

surgeries, my health deteriorated and my family economy went

down. However, I still try my best in studying and become a strong

girl. After graduating, I want to work as a market researcher.
