Establishing Children´s Mental Health Centres
Building up the infrastructure (new centre will be build in Tallinn - part of the Tallinn´s Children Hospital. All developed centres are based on current psychiatrical clinics)
Developing the concept of regional mental health centres Training and preparing personnel for working in the centre

Reporting by Project Promoters
Project Promoters send a report every 4 months – reporting periods are fixed in the contractActivities in the current period (planned and actual outcomes, aim of the activities)Reasons if there have been differences between planned and actual outcomes or in time lineReasons if there have been complications implementing the Project and how these complications are influencing accomplishing project aims and expected outcomes?Risk assessment

Process of proceeding interim reports
20 working days after the end of the reporting period Project Promoters send an interim report.
Programme Operator is checking content part and Ministry of Finance is responsible for financial part of the report.
Confirmation letter will be sent to the Project Promoter if the report is accepted.
After the confirmation new advance payment will be made to the Project Promoter.
