Almost 8 months have passed since I became LCP for my beloved local committee andthis role is still surprising and challenging me every single day. To be honest, I do lovebeing LCP. It is without a doubt the best role I ever took in my AIESEC career. As LCP,you have the power to turn your dreams for the org into a reality.

It is not going to be easy, and it’s not going to be what you expect,but You’ll discoverhow amazing you are and you’ll also go through days where you start doubting yourselfbeing the right person to lead this entity. As hard as it is, I really love this experienceand will be forever grateful for AIESEC.

Now it’s your turn.Cling on to your ‘why’. It will get you through all the hardships you’ll have to face in thisapplication process. Dream big not only for the world, not only this organization, butalso for yourself.Best of luck to you all!

LCP is the final responsible for all functions and actions in the LC and has to ensure that the LC is operating accordingto the AIESEC identity. LCP is the member of the Board of

AIESEC in Côte d’Ivoire and has the signatoryauthority.
