MESSAGE FROM LCPEA term is about finishing. We had raised up lot of challenge. We had suffered failures and celebrated victories. We learnt something from AIESEC which help us to develop ourself, the community we are living in and the LC we are working for. A new term is going to start. We are always interested to give something to AIESEC and living a wonderful experience to boost the increase of AIESEC FUPA and so far AIESEC COTE D'IVOIRE including our own development.

This application ,is the way to help you, as EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER realizing the AIESEC FUPA's vision for the next term and your future.

Dare, leave you comfort zone, go and learn what is considered as impossible , try and make it happen in AIESEC FUPA and yourself.

According to your SWOT analysis, explain on how you will solve the two challenges that you mentioned 3. What would be your structure for iGCDP for the term 15.16? 4. • 1.How does marketing help the exchange areas?

• 2. Do a SWOT analysis of the MAC portfolio in AIESEC FUPA. What will you start, stop or continue in MAC portfolio compared to the 14.15 term? ( Include structural changes within the portfolio, if any)

• 3. Why is it important to have a MAC team in the LC? And what would happen if the portfolio was shut down?

• 4. With the GIS, how are you going to ensure a good conversion rate between the Visitors and the number of raises and matches?

• 5. How will you use PR to increase the brand awareness of our brand? Be as specific as possible.
