Thus, we came out with the new National Focus Area (NFA). Our National Focus Area are :

• Process Efficiency and Effectiveness

• Knowledge Management

• Branding & Positioning

• Quality Management

• Centralization

From that, we were break down into departments to consolidate our planning accordance to

the new NFA. We cramped our brain for new innovative ideas and finally know the reason why weare

here because everyone was being shown that their roles would affect the big picture of the

organization.

Finally, after long days of planning, each department of the member committee presented

their new national initiatives to the plenary. Furthermore, we were grateful to have the externals;

ING and GTI Media and also the alumni to share

some valuable information which benefit to youths

and also AIESEC. The closing plenary ended with

everyone learnt and motivated to strive for

excellence in their term!

Local Committee Planning Meet was held right after the National Convention 2011. We were lucky to

found a suitable place to lodge all 23 of us in a house from 18th until 20th of June.

New expectations setting were made among us. Throughout these three days, we were doing planning

for our term and presented to everyone to get feedback and improvement.

We would like to thank our alumni for joining us in the evening on 19th of June. Alumni gathering were

a great success because we managed to gather nineteen (19) alumni from the past and everyone grasp

meaningful values into their hearts from each alumnus story.
