Fulfilling Taylor’s GiftTaylor’s Gift was founded in April 2010 by Todd and Tara Storch after the unexpected death of their 13-year-old daughter, Taylor. The Foundation’s mission is to Regift Life, Renew Health, and Restore Families. The Foundation sponsors the Donate Life Rose Bowl Parade, provide scholarships to graduating seniors, and have launched Taylor’s Gift Legacy Gifts to help those that have been touched by organ donation with financial difficulties. Over the past 3 years, Todd and Tara Storch have appeared on numerous national programs including “Good Morning America”, “World News Now with Diane Sawyer”, “Today”, and “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” informing audiences on the power to Outlive Yourself through organ donation. In April of this year, Taylor’s Gift partnered with O.P.I. Nail Lacquer and created an exclusive, limited edition “Taylor Blue” nail polish. The campaign was titled “Paint It Forward” and was launched to promote the opportunity to become an organ donor nationwide. The movement caught on worldwide and soon Taylor’s Gift was receiving numerous orders for their Taylor Blue nail polish. There were so many orders at once, that Tara Storch reached out to her local BTX Account Manager Ryann Hodges for shipping advice. Thanks to the efforts of Brian McGillicuddy Vice President of Fulfillment and the DFW station, BTX was able to launch a fulfillment project to assist Taylor’s Gift with their large quantity of orders and began shipping Taylor Blue worldwide. Todd and Tara Storch have touched many lives with their incredible story and continue to increase the amount of organ donation registrations. BTX is extremely honored to be able to work so closely with the foundation and contribute to the movement. To find out more about Taylor’s Gift Foundation, visit their website at www.taylorsgift.org
