Sound Shield The Wilden Sound Shield is an enclosure designed to reduce mechanical and pneumatic sound emissions of air operated diaphragm pumps. Utilising a closed-cell polyethylene foam construction, the unit offers a basic splash guard between product and personnel, UV-ray protection and good chemical and absorption resistance.

Wilden SD Equalizer® The Equalizer range is designed to remove pressure variations from the discharge of the pump. Manufactured with existing Wilden diaphragm pump parts, the flow-through design automatically sets and maintains the correct air pressure as required. With material options to compliment the full Wilden pump range, and sizes from ½” to 3”

Wilden Electric Flow Monitor Accessories Wil-Gard II detects diaphragm failure at the source: the primary diaphragm. Sensors located between the primary and backup diaphragms trigger an audible and/or visual alarm on fluid contact, alerting you of any leaks sooner! Flow Control System II (FCSII) is a state-of-the-art microprocessor controlled batching computer designed to control the operation of Wilden’s Accu-Flo pumps, for specific, accurate and reliable batching. Pump Cycle Monitor (PCMI) counts pump cycles by sensing the movement of the air valve piston (Turbo-Flo) or air valve spool (Pro-Flo). The unit is ideal for batching and cycle based duties, and can be used remotely.

ARO® Pneumatic batch counter kits control the volume of fluid dispensed by controlling the number of pump cycles. Since all ARO Diaphragm pumps are positive displacement pumps, with a known displacement, the number of pump cycles, times the pump’s displacement, equals the total volume dispensed. This device senses the back pressure or lack of back pressure on the end of tubing that is located in tank or sump. The tubing is strategically placed at a desired level or levels. When an input occurs the pneumatic signal output from this device is used to actuate an air valve.

Diaphragm Failure Detection

The ARO® Diaphragm failure detection pump warns of a diaphragm failure by sensing the presence of liquid in the air chamber of the pump. This system uses a liquid sensor in each of the two air sides and a control box mounted on the pump. The box contains circuitry with a latching SPDT relay. The relay can con-trol various valves or warning devices and will stay latched until reset by operator.

To meet UL79 specifications, pumps utilise pressure relief valves to limit dispensing line pressure to under 50psi.If line pressure between the pump and the dispensing point exceeds 50psi due to thermal expansion, line compression, back-feed, or gravity, the pressure relief valve opens and bleeds off the excess pressure. The relief valve must be plumbed to return the bleed-off fuel to the storage container.

The Viper TX200 unit is a variable pressure, fast fill, test rig system, offering fast and efficient pressure testing of all vessels, hoses, pipelines and systems using ATEX 94/9/EC approved high pressure pumps. Utilising two air operated Ingersoll Rand pumps; one piston pump and one diaphragm pump, the Viper is a marvel in simple efficiency. Compressors The range of RST screw compressors cover from 4kw up to 160kw supplying small and large businesses alike. The compressors are designed to give high performance along with efficiency (energy saving) whilst still offering reliability and customer confidence. With dirt filtration down to 0.01 microns and remaining oil content down to 0.003mg/m3 all typical applications (e.g. paint spraying and food processing) can be catered for. Dryers The full range of 'FRD' refrigerant dryers and 'FDD' Desiccant dryers offer 'dew points' for every factory application. The dryers ensure that no moisture will enter the air system and thus possibly cause expensive damage to either control valves or end product.

Utilising two air-operated double-diaphragm pumps in each design, the fully contained Varimix VX system is reliable, easy-to-use and intrinsically safe. Once fully plumbed in, all you need to do is make sure you don't run out of concentrate! With pump sizes from 1/4 to 1" and builds for a number of different duties, every Varimix is built bespoke to your specification...
