• Emirates Office should aware of visa issues. They are just interested in selling tickets.
• They should allow strollers for kids to transit between airports
SINGAPORE AIRLINES
• Sometimes flights delayed unctrollable one thing can help is to ask for apology for the people affected. Atleast it makes people feel please. And the negative comments and feedback will be lessen.
