Invitation for Pre-Qualification

Dated: 1st Feb, 2021

1. PAKISTAN RED CRESCENT SOCIETY NHQ, ISLAMABAD (PRCS), invites applications from

eligible bidders, for the following services;

2. Pre-qualification shall be conducted as per procedures specified in PRCS Procurement SOPs and is

open to all eligible bidders as defined in the pre-qualification document. 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain pre-qualification documents/TORs which are available at

www.prcs.org.pk. Late applications will be rejected.

4. Applications Along with all required documents must be delivered to the above office on or before 04:00 PM on February 15, 2021

Instructions For

Preparation and Submission of the Prequalification Documents

1. The applicants must forward all pre-qualification documents as mentioned in evaluation criteria and attach copies, where required.

2. Successful Applicants shall be Pre-qualified for the period of two-year, effective from the date

of pre-qualification.

3. The Financial bids/ Quotations will be invited from Pre-Qualified Suppliers/ Contractors, (As and When required by PRCS).

4. Incomplete Applications/Documents or those received after deadline date and time will not be entertained;

5. In case of Tax exemption, tax exemption certificate will be required along with Invoice.

6. PRCS reserves the right to reject all Applications for Pre-Qualification at any time prior to the

acceptance of Application;

7. PRCS reserves the right to annul the Pre-Qualification of firms at any time.

Evaluation Criteria

The applicants fulfilling the following eligibility requirement shall only be considered for pre-

qualification (relevant documents to be attached)

1. Valid Sales Tax and NTN Certificates. 2. International Air Transport Association (IATA) Certified (valid certified up to 2021) 3. Registered with Department of Tourism Services (DTS) of Pakistan 4. Certified member of Travel Agent’s Association of Pakistan (latest copy to be attached) 5. Sound Financial Capability (Audit Report of last 3 years’ / Bank statement of 1 year) 6. List of corporate clients working with travel agency. 7. Not be black listed in any Govt./INGO/Public sector organization. (Affidavit Required) 8. 10 years’ relevant experience. 9. SECP Registration Certifications 10. Should have experience of working with minimum 5 Govt. / INGO /Public sector organization

(Reference letter required) Please provide documents/copies against above mentioned each requirement as evidence

NOTE: All Pre-Qualification Applications will be evaluated on basis of above given evaluation criteria

and applicants who do not fulfill above mentioned criteria will be included in the list of pre-qualified

vendor of PRCS for the subject category (Air Travel Agencies). However, qualified bidders (Responsive

to Evaluation Criteria) will be considered as Pre-qualified bidder, and the Financial bids/ Quotations

will be invited from Pre-Qualified Suppliers/ Contractors, (As and When required by PRCS).

5. In case of incomplete information, the application will not be considered any further; 6. The decision of client (PRCS) shall be final; 7. Only successful firms in ‘Pre-Qualification’ shall be informed in writing and shall be entitled to

participate in quotation (As and When required by PRCS); 8. Successful Applicants shall be Pre-qualified for the period of two-year.
