RECOMMENDATION

Staff and the PLDRB recommend that the City Council approve the proposed FLUM Amendment for 3+/- acre parcel at the southwest corner of SR 100 and Seminole Woods Pkwy from Industrial (Flagler County Designation) to Mixed Use (City of Palm Coast designation)
