AISSMS ENGINEERING TODAY-2016 CONCLUDED WITH SCIENCE EXHIBITION

Science Exhibition Inauguration by Mr. Prashant Girbane on 14/09/2016.

AISSMS Engineering Today-2016 was organized between 12-14 September, 2016. The Last Day was concluded

by Science Exhibition. The Chief Guest for Science Exhibition was Mr. Prashant Girbane, Hon. Director,

Pune International Centre. He Inaugurated the Science Exhibition, where 330 Engineering Science Projects

were exhibited by 7 different Engineering Department Students.

Dr. S. P. Danao and AISSMSET-2016 Overall Coordinator Prof. Nitin Mawale were present on Dias. 40 Junior

and High Schools were invited to see the Science Exhibition Engineering Projects so that Students can aware

about the different Engineering Fields and can choose the Engineering Field for the carrier.

Mr. Prashant Girbane during his Speech on Start Ups.

Mr. Prashant Girane talked on Start up Concept in front of 180 Future Engineering Students of Entrepreneurship

Development Cell. He has explained the main difference between Start up and Smart City. He also motivated the

Future Engineering Students for becoming The Entrepreneur through Start ups. He explores about Start up in

India. He said 4000 Start ups are there in India and we are in Top 4 in World. Every 5 th person is Indian in

Silicon Valley where maximum Start ups exists and total 16 % Starts ups by Indians in Silicon Valley. He said

after seeing 330 Engineering Science Projects that, the same idea is there for Start ups and Vision of Smart City

will be achieved with Such Small Engineering Projects. Open session was there for questions and queries related

with Startups after his speech. He guided Students for Successful Start up and solved their queries during open

session. He Congratulated the Principal Dr. S P Danao and AISSMS Engineering Today Coordinators Prof. Nitin

Mawale, Prof. M P Bauskar and Prof. P S Tadkar for Grand and Successful Organizing the AISSMS

Engineering Today-2016 at National Level.

Total 8000 + Engineering Students participated from all over India. Industry Persons, Academia, Alumni and

Parents and others visited the Grand Technical Event. Prizes Worth Rs. 5 Lacs + were given to Winners of 45

different Events.

In concluding Speech of Principal Dr. S. P. Danao, he explained about the efforts taken by overall organization

teams. He has given entire credits to HODs, AISSMSET-2016 Coordinators ,Faculties and Non Teaching Staff,

GSA and Students for Grand and successful Organization. Special Felicitation of AISSMSET-2016 Coordinators

Prof. M P Bauskar, Prof. P.S. Tadkar , Prof. K N Kulkarni and Overall Coordinator Prof. Nitin Mawale were

taken for day and night work and efforts taken for Grand and Successful Organization.
