• Increase IMPLEMENTATION and reduction of confounders:

• shift for study purposes from PALS courses with

interprofessional and interdisciplinary education with

professionals with different years of experience

• to (raise) numbers of trainees in unified institutional

environment with homogenous groups to train. Groups with

(little or no ) previous training in the field.
