VISION

More than 12 years of experience in business development and

marketing strategic especially in hotel & restaurant of our

specialists. Alpha Creative was established from the idea of

bringing the professional value brand for the successful of our

clients.

After 4 years operated, Alpha Creative with a new vision not

only building up brand but supporting the successful business of

our valued clients as well. A new Alpha Marketing has been

developed to o�er online sales & marketing service to meet the

new developed trends of ecommerce. Our customers have

already appreciated the creativity, reliability, and expertise to

solve their problem of business development and profits.

DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Phan Huu DucStrategic Director

More than 12 years of experience in business

development & marketing strategic for

international hotel chains such as Accor hotel,

Best Western, Anlam. Duc is an expert in setting

up sales systems for hotels, planning through

product needs, strategic planning and market

development programs. Duc has developed

extensive relationships with the international

company's leading in travel, domestic travel

agents and online sales channels as well as

global commercial companies. He understands

how online sales distribution becoming an

important part of the sales and marketing plan.

Phan Quang DaiBusiness Development Director

Over 8 years experience in the hospitality

industry. Professionally trained by Swissbel

hotels, Dai has started his first job in Movenpick

Saigon Hotel since 2008, where he managed

business development. A strong understanding

and experience of sales & marketing in hotel, Dai

has undergone several senior management

positions in large hotels and resorts such as

Director of Sales & Marketing of 4-star luxury

resort Sea Horse Resort Mui Ne. Sales Director of

5-star hotel Movenpick Saigon, General Director

Bavico Hotels & Resorts, Group Director of Sales

and Marketing of Merperle Hotels & Resorts. As

a Business Development Director at Alpha

Creative, Dai will bring the most excellent

business to our clients.

Phan Thanh LuanCreative Director

Luan has graduated in the University of Art in Ho

Chi Minh City. Luan has 10 years of design

experience in arty graphic design. Before

establishing Alpha Creative, Luan was a Head of

branding development of Best Western hotel,

Celadon International. He also has an excellent

designing for a brand of milk in Australian and

New Zealand

Luan said each project is a challenge of visual

and interactive. He is confident that when

creating successful innovative product will bring

the intangible value of the brand if we are always

polished and nurtured.

SENIOR CONSULTANT TEAM

Gary FletcherSenior Consultant of Hotel Development

Gary has over 40 years of involvement in the

hotel industry, from operations management and

development through design and construction.

Over eight of those years were with Westin Hotels,

both in hotel management and with the design

and construction subsidiary of Westin Hotels. He

was hotel General manager with Sheraton, Red

Lion, and Best Western properties. During the last

thirty years, Gary has been president of Dow

Fletcher & Associates which was ranked in the

top 100 Hospitality Design Giants by Interior

Design Magazine for most of those years. He has

managed projects from Alaska to Saudi Arabia,

including interior design, architecture, purchasing,

major renovations and construction.

Antoine SirotSenior Consultant of Hotel Management

Since Childhood, Antoine Sirot has been brought

up in the tradition of the French hospitality and

naturally he decided to enter the most prestigious

hotel school in Europe, the world top “Ecole

Hoteliere de Lausanne”. Most of his experiences

are in senior management positions within the

Accor hotel management worldwide giant with

20 years of services in the group. From 2002 to

2008, Antoine Sirot held the position of Hotel

General Manager and Cluster General Manager in

southern Vietnam for the ACCOR group in Dalat

and Phan Thiet. Currently Antoine SIROT has

been engaged in developing of several hotel

projects as assuming the role of Chief Executive

Officer for a 5 star resort chain with high-end

brands including An Lam Saigon River, An Lam

Ninh Van Bay.
