AMATEUR ATHLETES INFORMATION
WELCOME
The portuguese promoter Mr. Big Evolution welcome all the amateur and professional athletes that willcompete on the 14th and 15th of July in Estoril.
The event IFBBPRO PORTUGAL, will be the FIRST IFBB PRO LEAGUE EVENT TO TAKE PLACE INPORTUGAL, and that will be OPEN TO ALL ATHLETES, REGARDLESS THEIR FEDERATIONAFFILIATIONS.
This events are the ONLY WAY TO GET A IFBB PRO LEAGUE PRO CARD and no other entity is able togive them.
Beside traditional men’s bodybuilding, our amateur version will also include men’s classic bodybuilding,men’s physique as well as Figure, women’s physique, fitness and bikini – full spectrum of the spectacularphysique sports performed in the amateur nowadays.
The only contests the IFBB Professional League will recognize for Professional Status are the Pro Qualifiersassociated with the IFBB Professional League; no other contests will be acknowledged. It will be anamazing weekend, where the best athletes will meet with the aim to achieve the such desired professionalcard awarded by the IFBB PRO LEAGUE.
We will have also a PROFESSIONAL EVENT, on the 15th (Sunday) that will give points to MR OLYMPIALAS VEGAS QUALIFICATION. The IFBB Pro League Pro Qualifiers are the ONLY way to compete on theIFBB Prof
essional League stage, including the OLYMPIA.

Athletes will be given a wristband at the registration on Friday, JULY 13th, 2018. This wristband has to be
worn during your whole stay and will allow you in and out of the venue during the weekend.
Your coach can attend for a fee of 50€. This fee can be added during your registration at the site (access
to backstage) or at the 13th.
The athletes coach will be given a backstage pass/wristband, that will allow the coach to go in and out of
the venue during the weekend and will provide backstage access. The wristband has to be worn during
your whole stay.
POSING MUSIC
All posing music must be sent to [email protected] on WAVE format, identified with your name
and country.
The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited in the posing music.
TANNING
The Open Contest has banned all tans that can be wiped off. An official will check the tan of all athletes
backstage and if the tan comes off by simply wiping, the athlete will be told to remove the tan before
going on stage.

JUDGES
The judging panel is determined by the IFBB Professional League.
VISAS
EU-country citizens do not need to obtain a visa. All other countries should consult the Portuguese
Embassy in their country to determine if they need a visa. All National Federations could ask for an
Invitation letter either to the Championship Organizer or IFBB Professional League. The invitation letter
does not mean you are granted your visa. IFBB Professional League and Championship organizer are not
responsible of attendants visas.
An athlete, who requested and received an invitation from the IFBB Professional League Head Office or
the Organizing, Committee of an IFBB Professional League sanctioned event for visa purposes and used
this visa to unlawful stay in the host country or any other country, will be subjected to the disciplinary
proceedings and measures.

CAMERA/VIDEOTAPE EQUIPMENT
Camera and/or videotape equipment shall be strictly prohibited in the backstage and/or dressing room
areas except when used by IFBB Professional League-authorized media persons and, in any event, these
devices shall be strictly prohibited in the dressing room area.
