    PREFACEAs a theoretical knowledge is must for every student in the

    BBA but practical experience is also very essential.

    The modern business is placed on a very complex and

    intricate political and economic environment. The opportunity and

    challenges provided by these environments have profound impact

    on the business and the type of product to be manufactured and

    marketed, the marketing strategies to be employed and

    technologies to be adopted are all influenced by environmental

    factors.

    To know about this environment, as a student of S.Y.BBA

    conducted industrial visit of CAPTION TRACTOR PVT. LTD. The

    preview of this visit is to earn much knowledge from practical

    studies and nearly from theoretical studies.

    Thus I take this as my privilege to have an opportunity to

    make project of this kind. This project report is the result of co-

    operation of the company and my hard efforts. So in respect of

    my practical training I am presenting this report.

    The ENERCON LTD. is located at Sadodar,

    Jamnager. Company produce raw-material for wind

    farm, like segments blade turbine etc. & company

    stand up wind farm and after produce eco friendly

    electricity.

    ENERCON LTD. Is German multinational

    company. In India company has two CTF (concrete

    tower facility) (1) Sadodar and (2) Shir htti

    It has three manufacturing plants in Daman.

    Company work in six states of India, Gujarat,

    Maharashtra, Madhyprades, Rajasthan, Karnataka

    and Tamilnadu.

    on a leveled cost over 20 year.

    A permanent shield against even increasing powerprice the cost per KWH reduces over a period of

    Operation and maintains (o&m) cost are low dueto gearless technology and low rpm ( 50 rpm max)machine of Emerson.

    By founding ENERCON in 1984 the graduateengineer ALOYS WOBBEN sparked off an economicand ecological transformation on Germany wind

    energy market. The extent of innovation of ENERCON is

    determined by research and development in 1991 thecompany took a pioneering step by developing &manufacturing the E-40 as the worlds first gearlesswind energy converter. This unprecedented conceptgave the decisive impetus to our claim ENERCON FOR

    THE WORLD.

    COMPANY AS A CO-OPERATIVESOCITY

    The ENERCON co operative society came into

    being in the month of April 2002. Initially only 322

    members ware enrolled with the society. When the co-operative society came into being. There was no such

    registered employee credit co-operative society in

    demand. So it was difficult to convince the government

    of Daman for registration of society.

    Today the number of members of enercon co-

    operative society has skyrocketed from 322 in 2002 to

    2800 in October 2006. Since inception of the society.1700 members have benefited from cash loans

    amounting to Rs. 2.5 Cr.

    wind farm and blade and turbine produce in Daman.

    For segments production company use cement,

    steel, iron, flash, & chemical and also water first they

    mixed raw-material in filter R.O. water after mixed

    inter in batching plant and cases. When segments

    become strong they paint it.

    Before stepping towards marketing activities,

    we should know firstly about what is marketing. So,

    India 2008' on 25-26November 2008 at the Chennai Trade

    Centre,Chennai. The event Witnessed the participation of the

    global wind power industry and all Associated stakeholders,

    including more than 15 Danish and European Companies and

    consultants.

    One of the major highlights of the inaugural session was the

    distribution of the Wind India 2008 Awards to stalwarts inthe wind industry and to some

    of its major allies for their efforts in shaping a green India.

    Some of the major awardees during the period 2006 -2008

    ENERCON (INDIA). Ltd. is progressive company. It

    exports their product in many countries and it has

    following future plans.

    They want to generate 1000MW of clean energy

    by the year 2010. without damage in environment. They want to setting up 240MW wind power

    project on build operate and transfer basis.Details are under:-

    They are trying to increase market share in

    The area where ENERCON (INDIA).LTD.company situated is not enough for

    companys production so that they should

    have to expand it.

    Second thing is that they should advertisetheir product by any media. I think to

    achieve their goal advertising is the beat way

    to making a good image in market.

    CONCLUSION

    After visiting ENERCON (INDIA). Ltd. I feel very

    glad that I had been part of it for sometime. This visit

    gave me much practical knowledge and a very good

    experience.

    The unit is also enquired with the latest

    technologies and modern machines. The staff and

    workers are also well organized and co-operative.

    I have only learned a view about the working of

    finance, personal & marketing but have also learned

    as far as the technical and manufacturing fields are

    concerned.Looking to the units properly and orderly

    management, I would like to give my best wishes for

    each and every step they take for expansion and for
