The Centre for Creative Leadership reports that around half of executive appointments are deemed failures within their first 18 months...

When executives in a new position don’t build a strong foundation early on in their incumbency, they struggle to gain the right traction in their role and the consequence can be a serious waste of talent and results in them never fulfilling their early promise and potential.

Talent Mapping & Pipelining Talent Mapping is the identification of how organisations, departments and companies are structured, and identifies target talent who are interested in working for your company which comes in the form of a colour-coded report (Green = ready to move to the client's company, Amber = consider a move within 6-12 months, Red = will never move to the client). The report also includes extensive insight on compensation & benefits, geographical information, and diversity data.

Talent Pipelining takes mapping that extra step - it keeps the identified population engaged over a sustained period of time whilst continually building the pool. We call this a 'Live Blueprint of Talent' in which the aim is to keep those candidates that have a favourable perception of your organisation ready for any opportunity to progress that candidate forward when you have a specific vacancy.

The overriding feature of both approaches is the proactive sourcing of passive candidates.

Commercial Excellence Programme This programme comprises of a rigorous behavioural & functional competency assessment and extensive psychometric testing of the client's entire commercial leadership team and subsequently upskilling them for the assessment to be utilised within their respective teams.
