An organization's alumni are the reflection of its past, representation of its
present and a link to its future.
We can do it if our alumni help us. Once we get it going, then it can snowball.
Alumni's are one of the most precious possessions of an educational institution where the Institute takes pride in talking about them. They are the voice; they are the face, as they create footprints for their institute not just with in the vicinity but across the country. In real terms Alumni are the ambassadors of the institute where its recognition is built brick by brick in terms of the goodwill and the leadership qualities that they demonstrate in the corporate world. Today, Alumni relations are an important part of institutions advancement activities for many reasons. One reason is that alumni are institute's most loyal supporters who genuinely look forward to its progress. They took all the wisdom from the Institute during their student days and want to happily give it back to the institute in multifold through the experience and the intellectual ability that they acquired over a period of time and want to share the same with the students in terms of experiential learning. As an ambassador of the institute they play a critical role in taking the institute to the next level. Some of the key area where alumni can add value is by bridging the gap between industry and academia. At the end, RDIAS want to stay congratulations to all the shining stars of its Institute and wish Good Luck for future endeavors.

Journey @ RDIASJourney @ RDIAS
(Dated-11/03/19)
What role has RDIAS played in grooming your career?
How has placement cell at RDIAS assisted in meeting dynamic needs of corporate?
What are the challenges you faced in your career?
How was your overall journey from RDIAS to corporate sector?
Is there any message you want to give to students like us who are pursuing MBA and will be joining corporate in future?
Being a new Institute it had its own charm. Students had a lot of involvement in organizing events, taking new initiatives, undertaking placement related activities and channelizing efforts towards establishing the institute. This also honed our entrepreneurial stills. The methodology of teaching and the domain knowledge of the faculties acted not only as a catalyst in developing a better understanding of the subjects but also helped us to develop a structured approach towards problem solving.
What I loved about RDIAS is the quality of education and the sense of responsibility the institute has for its students, it is one of the few institutes which gives its students enough autonomy to perform, the events preparation, the class participation, the corporate readiness program, groomed us however the appreciation encouraged us.
RDIAS, my Alma-mater holds a special place in my heart. Being the second batch of the newly set-up campus in Rohini, it was my privilege to become a part of the building up of the institution's legacy during its inceptive years. Every time, the very mention of RDIAS inadvertently floods my mind with memories. I had a very good time at the institution. Learnt a lot from my amazing professors who enthralled me with managerial insights and vast experience they brought in from the industry. After passing out from the institution, I am now placed with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd having said that, the lessons I learnt from RDIAS now help me immensely in my work.Nonetheless, my heart will always yearn for those amazing days and insightful sessions I had at my Alma-mater.
It really gets tough for me to even imagine my pleasure and success without RDIAS, the place which has nourished me as an individual and helped me to fulfill my aspiration of experiencing and exploring life in every credible way. The knowledge acquired through books, beyond books, image building, confidence, grooming sessions, all these factors influenced my professional growth in a very positive and effective manner.I will always remain indebted towards RDIAS for embedding all the colors of student life in an indelible corporate learning for me.
The first step towards my new journey of entering the Corporate World would not have been so easy without the incredible learning at RDIAS.
The course pedagogy was excellent, it is very demanding so is the corporate world, my two years was full of thrill and excitement. Today I am enjoying a very fast paced life, a very good organization, a very good profile and very fast growth, thanks to RDIAS, which had prepared us for a fast moving career.
It’s a myth that “Things we learn in classroom are never used in practical”. RDIAS gives you the platform to use it and pursue your passion in the aspired industry. My journey at RDIAS started with so many emotions and at the end of two years it was beyond the expectations I had set for myself. “MBA is all about learning": Whether it is inside the class room or outside the classroom through events and various clubs & committee responsibilities.
From everything that I have learnt here, if i have to pick the 3 most important things, then those will be-
“Patience” “Confidence” and “Effort”. These may seem very generic but these are some key requirement to get succeess. Thanks to RDIAS for the high level of academic focus and quality teaching. At the end I can say Learning is the most important element for achieving success.
“We learn till we die”
