NikaahBy: Hazrat Maulana Ilyas Patel SahibIslam is a natural way of life. It accommodates all the

needs of a human being. Hence, it fully accommodates the

human need to express joy and happiness on various

occasions, including the time of Nikaah. In fact, one is

encouraged to express joy and happiness on such

occasions. Nevertheless, such expression of happiness mustbe within reasonable limits, and definitely within the

parameters of Shari`ah. Anything, no matter how beautiful it

may be, if taken beyond its limits, loses its beauty. Take for

instance the virtuous act of charity. What a wonderful deed. It

extinguishes the wrath of Allah Ta`ala, it secures an easy

death and multiplies a persons rewards. However, if

someone steals, robs and cheats and thereafter gives the

money in charity, this now becomes a curse for him. Thesame rule will apply to a marriage. If it conforms with the

commands of Allah Ta`ala, it guarantees happiness and

prosperity. On the other hand, failure to conform will result in

misery, and much distress in the lives of the couple and those

    around them.

    SECRET

When someone is intending to get married, it is a

common experience that apart from the happiness andexcitement, there is also a degree of concern regarding the

marriage. Both families request Du`as from family, friends,

the local `Aalim or even a visiting `Aalim. Some engage

themselves in some Wazeefah, etc, for the success of the

marriage. There is no denial of the importance of Du`a, the

effectiveness of Wazeefahs, etc. However, the secret for a

  • 7/24/2019 An Noor February 2016

    February 2016 Rabiuth-Thani 14374

successful marriage has been explained in the following

Hadeeth of Hazrat Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).

Hazrat Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) is reported to

have said, That marriage wherein the least expenses are

incurred enjoys the greatest amount of blessing (Baihaqi).

Likewise, that wedding wherein every command of Allah

Ta'ala and Hazrat Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)

are respected, attracts the Rahmat of Allah Ta'ala. On the

contrary, there is no guarantee of blessings in any other way

besides that of Hazrat Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi

    Wasallam).

SIMPLICITYOne of the cornerstones of the Islamic way of life as

taught by Hazrat Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) is

simplicity. If we examine the blessed life of Hazrat Nabi

Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), we will find simplicity in

every action, whether in his eating, dressing, weddings, etc.

Therefore, it is said, Make our Shaadi (wedding) Saadi

(simple). Hazrat Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) is

reported to have said, Indeed, simplicity is part of Imaan(Mishkaat).

    REMEDY

Unfortunately, many practices which are alien to

Islamic teachings have gradually crept into our weddings as a

result of our association with others. Generally, engaging in

such practices is regarded as insignificant and trivial. This is

far from the reality. The damage of these insignificant

practices is tremendous and far reaching. Most of the time,

these practices result in depriving the Nikaah of blessings,

hence paving the way for problems.

    DELAY

The Hadeeth commands us not to delay in getting our

children married when a suitable match is found. At times, the

  • 7/24/2019 An Noor February 2016

    5/32

    February 2016 Rabiuth-Thani 14375

marriage is unnecessarily delayed. As a result this leads to

the youth becoming involved in some degree of illicit contact

    before marriage.INTERMINGLING

Perhaps the most serious of all is the intermingling of

males and females. Hazrat Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi

Wasallam) is reported to have said, Allah Ta'ala curses the

person who looks at non-mahrams (people with whom

marriage is permissible) and the person who is looked at (due

to not having adopted Hijaab) (Mishkaat). Instead of

attracting the blessings of Allah Ta'ala, this wedding attracts

    the curse of Allah Ta'ala.

    EXTRAVAGANCE

In many weddings, there is a great amount of

extravagance and wastage. Extravagance is greatly abhorred

in our Shari`ah. Allah Ta'ala has declared those who waste

as the brethren of Shaytaan. From a humanitarian

perspective as well, the effects of wastage and extravaganceare disastrous. Thousands of people barely have sufficient

food for a day, whereas on the other hand thousands of

rupees are aimlessly squandered without any purpose. Often,

left-over food is thrown away. Hazrat Nabi Akram (Sallallahu

Alaihi Wasallam) is reported to have said, Whosoever has

Imaan on Allah Ta'ala and the Day of Qiyaamah, then he will

never pass the night satiated, while his neighbour is hungry(Tabraani). While many starving people may not be our

immediate neighbours, but the spirit of Hazrat Nabi Akram

(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)s teachings is clearly evident

from the Hadeeth. With what conscience can we squander

thousands on extravagance while people go hungry to

    bed???

    PHOTOGRAPHY

Another alien practice which has a great impact on

depriving us of the blessings of Allah Ta'ala is photography,

whether digital or otherwise. Whenever there are conflicting

views on an issue, the standard is that preference is given to

impermissibility over permissibility. The harms of photography

is a separate topic of its own. The severity of photography

can be understood from the Hadeeth where Hazrat Nabi

Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) has declared that the

severest punishment in the hereafter will be for those who

make or take pictures. (Mishkaat). Many justify their

photography on the grounds of it preserving their cherished

memories. While this is no valid justification, the mere fact

that both males and females later view these photographs is

    ample evidence for its evil.

VENUEAlthough there is nothing wrong in any place per se,

however, external factors can affect the suitability of a particular

venue for this `Ibaadat. For example, there is no harm in going to a

beach per se, however, due to the type of activities and wrongs that

take place at beaches, one is prone to becoming involved in some

contravention of the Shari`ah. Therefore, one should exercise

extreme caution. Likewise, apparently there is no harm in anyvenue for a wedding. However, certain venues such as halls,

restaurants, etc., are more likely to have the above-mentioned evils.

Furthermore, the venue should not be merely to impress the public,

as this will constitute show and ostentation. Doing anything for

show attracts the displeasure of Allah Ta`ala.

    TAFSEER

    ( C o m m e n t a r y o f t h e H o l y Q u r a n )By: Hazrat Maulana Mufti Muhammad Shafi Sahib(Rahmatullahi Alaihi)

    SURAH AL-BAQARAH

Note: This part of Tafseer is the remaining portion of

Surah Al-Baqarah Tafseer and hence connected withthe previous chapter of Surah Al-Baqarah Tafseer.

    What is magic?

    Definition and effects:

Since the study of magic has been enjoying a

weird currency in the Western countries since 1986,and has sometimes been accepted as a part of

academic research, we had better consider the

subject at some length from the Islamic point of

view. According to the authoritative Arabic

Dictionary Al-Qamus, the word Sihr (magic)

signifies an effect the cause of which is not

apparent, whether the cause may actually lie in

something which possesses a luminous quality (as

the effect of certain phrases), or in things with an

extra-sensory reality (as the effect produced by

Jinns and devils), or in the power of imagination (as

  • 7/24/2019 An Noor February 2016

    8/32

    February 2016 Rabiuth-Thani 14378

the effect of hypnotism), or in things which are

sensory yet hidden (as a magnet drawing to itself a

piece of iron, when the magnet is concealed fromthe onlookers; or the effect of drugs, when they

have been furtively administered; or the influence of

stars and planets). The cause at work being

numerous, the forms of magic too are numerous.

    Magic and Charms

In everyday language, magic signifies those

practices which involve the cooperation of Jinns

and devils, or the exercise of the power of

imagination, or the use of certain words or phrases.

It is a rationally established proposition, accepted

by ancient philosophers and by some of the modern

ones as well, and equally confirmed by observation

and experiment, that words and phrases in

themselves possess a certain efficacy, and that

when certain letters, words or phrases are recited

or written down for a specified number of times,

they produce certain specified results. Similar

results are obtained by employing human hair or

nails or the clothes worn by the person concerned,

etc. a practice which is usually described as the

preparation of Charms. All such things are

    commonly known as magic.

Sayyidina Abu Maalik Ashari Raziyallahu Anhu

says that Sayyidina Hazrat Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi

Wasallam) said: Cleanliness is equal to half of Imaan,Alhamdulillah fills the scale of actions; the utterance

of Subhan-Allah and Alhamdulillah fills the space

between the heavens and the earth. Salah is light,

alms giving is proof (of ones faith), patience is light,

and the Noble Quran is an argument in your favour

or against you (as the case may be). Everyone

begins his morning ready to sell his soul, thus freeing

    it or destroying it. (Muslim)

This Hadeeth is an important principle from

among the principles of Islam because it discusses

the most important fundamentals of Deen.

  • 7/24/2019 An Noor February 2016

    10/32

    February 2016 Rabiuth-Thani 143710

    Commentary:

    1. Cleanliness is equal to half of Imaan:

Some scholars have translated the word faith

as Salah. This sentence, therefore, means that

cleanliness is half of Salah because cleanliness is

the key to Salah. (No Salah is accepted without

    cleanliness).

    2. Alhamdulillah fills the scale:

The reward for uttering the words

Alhamdulillah will fill ones scale of deeds.

    3. The utterance of Subhan-Allah and

    Alhamdulillah earth:

The reward attained from the utterance of

these two words fills the space between the heavens

    and the earth.

    4. Salah is light:

Allah Taala says in the Holy Quran: Certainly

Salah prevents indecency and evil. This can only be

achieved when Salah is performed punctually, with

due observance of all its Sunan and Mustahabbaat.

When a person reaches the stage that hisperformance of Salah deters him from sin, his Salah

is truly a light (of guidance).

    5. Alms-giving is proof (of ones faith):

Hypocrites find it difficult to spend in the path of

  • 7/24/2019 An Noor February 2016

    11/32

    February 2016 Rabiuth-Thani 143711

Allah Taala. Sadaqah (alms-giving) is thus proof of

    sincere Imaan (faith).

    6. Patience is light:Patience earns Allah Taalas assistance and is

    thus light.

    7. If a person has faith in the Holy Quran and

fulfills its commands, it will argue on his behalf on the

Day of Qiyaamah. But if a person rejects the Holy

Quran or discards its commands, it will argue against

him on the Day of Qiyamah.

    8. Allah Taala says in the Holy Quran that He

has purchased from the Believers their lives and their

    wealth in return for Jannah.

    Thus, whoever surpasses his desires,

oppresses Shaitaan and obeys Allah Taala is selling

himself to Allah Taala, and whoever sells himself toAllah Taala is freeing himself from Jahannum.

However, those who sell themselves to

Shaitaan (by disobeying to Allah Taala) are merely

    destroying themselves.

    Lessons:

    1. The importance of cleanliness.

    2. The value of good deeds.

    3. Obedience to Allah Taala will free ones soul

from Jahannum, whereas disobedience will result

    in ones destruction.

Nabi ~Vs Love for ChildrenBy: Hazrat Maulana Abu Talhah Muhammad Izharul Hasan Mahmood Sahib

Translated By: Hazrat Mufti Afzal Husain Elias Sahib

    Virtues of keeping children happy:

Remember, keeping your children happy is also

an act of virtue which is rewardable. We learn from the

Ahaadith that Hazrat Nabi Akram (Sallallahu alaihiwasallam)has said, There is an abode In Jannat known

as the abode of happiness which is reserved for those

who keep their children happy. (Kanzul-Ummaal)

Keeping children happy implies that one should

in keeping with the correct upbringing of children also

laugh and joke with children. In an appropriate manner

one should also engage in permissible support with

children. Incidents from the lives of the Ambiya(Alaihimus salaam) and pious should be narrated to them.

Understanding them to be from amongst the many

bounties of Allah Taala, one should approach them in

a befitting manner. Allah Taala will certainly be

pleased with one for doing this.

Children should not be allowed to go out when

    night falls:

Hazrat Jaabir (Raziyallahu anhu) narrates that

Hazrat Nabi Akram (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam)said, When

the night sets in, do not allow your little children out

doors as this is the time when the shayaateen spread

out. Once some part of the night has passed you may

let them out. (Bhukhaari) (Concluded, Alhamdu-lillah)

    Fear of Allah Taala

Together with the remarkable spirit of sacrifice,

the Hazraat Sahabah Raziyallahu Anhum had genuineand deep-routed fear of Allah Taala in their hearts. I

wished todays Muslims could have an iota of that

fear of Allah Taala. (Here are few stories about this

aspect of the lives of Sahabah Raziyallahu Anhum.

Hazrat Nabi Akrams Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallamanxiety

at the time of a storm

Hazrat Aaishah Raziyallahu Anha relates that

whenever a strong wind, bringing dense clouds,

started blowing, then Hazrat Nabi Akrams Sallallahu

Alaihi Wasallam face turned pale with the fear of Allah

Taala. He became restless and would go in and outwith worry, and would recite the following Duaa:

O my Allah! I ask of you the good out of this wind, the

good out of that which is in this wind, and the good out

of that which is the outcome of this wind. I seek refugein you from the evil of this wind, from the evil of that

which is in this wind, and from the evil out of that

which is the outcome of this wind.

She says: And further when it began to rain,

signs of delight appeared on his face. I said to him

once, O Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) of Allah, when

clouds appear everybody is happy as they foretell

rain, but why is it that I see you so much perturbed at

the time? He replied, O Aaishah! How can I feel

secure that this wind does not warn of the wrath of

Allah Taala? The people of Aad were punished with

the wind. They were happy when they beheld the

gathering dense clouds, believing that they broughtrain; but actually those clouds brought no rain but

utter destruction to the people of Aad.

Hazrat Nabi Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam was

obviously referring to the following verses of the Holy

    Quran:

    e ^]F]^%_^ $^]^^jf]mj

    e^ i$o O mxn^]h]n ^]jrje

Then, when they (Aad) saw a dense cloud coming

toward their valleys, they said: Here is a cloud bringing

us rain. No, but it is that very calamity which you did

seek to hasten, a wind wherein is grievous penalty,

destroying all things by commandment of its Lord. And

morning found them so that nothing could be seen,

besides their dwellings. Thus we treat the guilty folk.

    (XL VI: 24 & 25)

Look at the fear of Allah Taala in the heart of a

person who is the best of all creation. In spite of a

clear verse in the Holy Quran that:

Allah Taala would not punish the people so long as

Hazrat Nabi AkramSallallahu Alaihi Wasallamwas with

    them(Al-Quran VIII:33)

He has so much fear of Allah Taala in him, that

a strong wind reminds him of the punishment

awarded to the people in the past. Now let us look

into our own hearts for a moment. Although we are

fully saturated with sins, yet none of the unusual

phenomena viz: earthquake, lightening etc. arouses

the least fear of Allah Taala in our hearts and,

instead of restoring to Istighfaar or Salah at such

times, we only indulge in absurd investigations.

The forgiveness of an immoral woman

An immoral woman of the Bani-Israeel had seen a

dog panting due to thirst and on the verge of death. She

felt pity for the dog and removed her Mozah (leather

socks). She tied it to her scarf and lowered it into a well to

draw out water. After drawing out the water, she gave it to

the dog to drink. On account of this act, Allah Taala had

forgiven her. (Bukhari Shareef, Vol. 1, Pg. 467)

A similar Hadeeth appears in Bukhari (Vol. 3, Pg 318)

regarding a man. It is also mentioned that this dog began

licking the moist sand and this man was thirsty himself. At

the end of the Hadeeth , it appears that the SahabahRaziyallahu Anhum Ajmaeen had asked Hazrat Rasulullah

(Sallallahu alaihi wasallam), Will we also be rewarded for

    showing mercy to the animals?

Hazrat Nabi Akram (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam)

replied, Yes. One will be rewarded for showing

From both these Ahadeeth we learn that

whoever wishes that Allah Taala should show mercy

to him, he should in turn show affection to all the

and respect an old person, an Aalim, a Haafiz-e-

Quran, a just ruler and ones Asaatizah (teachers) is

part of the respect shown to Allah Taala.

Hazrat Ibn Wahb Rahmatullahi Alaihiused to say that

I attained through respecting Imam Maalik Rahmatullahi

Alaihi, I did not attain that much from Ilm (knowledge).

Hazrat Shuba Rahmatullahi Alaihi used to say that I

am a slave to that person who has taught me even one

    Hadeeth.

One should not speak unnecessarily in the

presence of ones Ustaad. Rather attention should be

paid to what the Ustaad has to say. To speakexcessively in their presence, amounts to disrespect. If

one does not understand something, one should ask

    ones Ustaad respectfully.

Hazrat Husain Raziyallahu Anhuadvised his son that

in the company of the Ustaad, he should make an effort

    to learn, instead of speaking.

Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas Raziyallahu Anhuma

explains, that for two years continuously I intended to

ask Hazrat Umar Raziyallahu Anhu about a certain

Hadeeth, but due to the respect and awe that I had

from him, I did not build up the courage to do so. Once,

on the occasion of Hajj at a place called Mar-ruzZahraan, he went to relieve himself. As he was

returning, I mustered up the courage and asked him, O

Ameerul Mumineen, for two years I wanted to ask you

regarding a certain Hadeeth but due to being

overawed, I was unable to speak. He replied: You

should not do so. Whenever you wish to ask

something, then do so. If I have the knowledge I will

inform you, otherwise I will tell you that I do not know,

go and enquire from someone else.

    The punishment of the adulterers

Another group of the people shall be taken into

a cave and locked in. It is stated in the books that this

hole will be full of scorpions, which will be so big that

one part of their poisonous tail will be as big as a

camel laden with goods. The height of the people will

be increased, and the scorpions will stick to them justas bees stick to beehives. They will sting them,

injecting their veins with poison. When a person in

this world is sick and in hospital, his inner vein is

injected with medicine (IV). This medicine affects his

body immediately. In the same way, Allah Taala has

made injections for the evildoers. You sinned in this

world; you committed adultery to fulfill your bodilydesires.

If in this world, the sting of one scorpion causes

unbearable pain, imagine the pain of being stung by

hundreds of scorpions at the same time! How severe

    will be his agony!

A point to noteDecide from the two routes. Which is easier?

Your heart shall answer that in this world one should,at ones convenience, spend time with the pious. One

should beg for forgiveness and die with faith, so that

after death, one goes straight to heaven. This is the

    easier and safer route.

The other route, which is purification in the

Hereafter, is very difficult. This purification is very

important; one will not be able to enter Jannah without it.o Fq5.]i#o

That is the reward for the one who haspurified himself.(Ta-Ha 20:76; Only relevant portion of theAayah is documented)

o i#o$^mj#o Whoever purified himself, purified for his ownbenefit.(Fatir 35:18; Only relevant portion of theAayah is documented)

Self purification is for ones own benefit,

because he has saved himself from the punishment

of the Hell. He has not done his Lord any favours; he

    has just released himself.

Thus, we should be concerned about gettingourselves purified, last we have to be admitted into

the hospital of the Aakhirah. We should try to attain

spiritual health in this world, to cleanse ourselves of

the spiritual diseases that afflict human beings.(To be continued, Insha-Allahu-Taala)

    CAMPUS ROUND-UP

    Fayyaaz Ahmad Zarroo

Khaanqah-MajlisMake your outer and innerfeatures Shariah-oriented

On January 10, 2016, the Campus of Darul-UloomRaheemiyyah situated at Nussoo Mahmood-abaadBandipora Kashmir was abuzz with Zikrullaah, Tasbeehaat

and Durood-Salaam as a large number of Saalikeen, disciples and others arrived here from different parts of theKashmir valley for attending the Khaanqah-Majlis of theirSpiritual Master, Hazrat Maulana Muhammad RahmatullahSahib Qasmi Daamat-Barakatuhum. The Khaanqah: A spiritualSeminary, at the Raheemiyyah Campus Bandipora is knownas Khaanqah-e-Mahmoodiyyah, named after the blessedname of Faqeehul-Ummah, Hazrat Maulana Mufti MahmoodHasan Sahib Gangohi Rahmatullah-e-alaihi.

After offering Maghrib-Salaah in congregation, theattendees of this Khaanqah-Majlis offered Salaatul-awwaabeen as well. Then they remained reciting Zikr-o-azkaar without disturbing anyone sitting next to each Saalik inlow voice until the Spiritual Master, Hazrat MaulanaMuhammad Rahmatullah Sahib Qasmi Daamat-Barakatuhum,who is also the Esteemed Rector of Darul-UloomRaheemiyyah varsity Bandipora, arrived inside theKhaanqah.

First of all, Hazrat Maulana Sahib taught theattendees etiquette of attending a Khaanqah-Majlis sayingthat an attendee should be attentive and should payparticular attention to the lessons and instructions being givenin the Khaanqah. Opening of a door of Khaanqah or closingof it should not divert the attention of an attendee sitting in theMajlis, and time should be spent inside the Khaanqah as per

  • 7/24/2019 An Noor February 2016

    29/32

    February 2016 Rabiuth-Thani 143729

the guidelines of the Khaanqah administration when theinstructions are in accordance with the Islamic Shariah, notas per the attendees own wishes and whims, Hazrat

Maulana Sahib advised.Todays reformative lesson was that in this mortal

world our work and deeds are accomplished through differentmeans (Asbaab). The means we adopt must be legitimatewithin the prescribed limits set by the Islamic Shariah. It hastwo aspects, one is outer aspect and the other is inneraspect. For the complete acceptance and approval of anywork or deed done by a true Muslim, both the aspects mustbe in accordance with the Islamic Shariah.

Hazrat Maulana Sahib cited the example of offering aSalaah. Hazrat Sahib said that first we have to make theouter structure of Salaah Shariah-oriented viz. Wuzu, Satr-e-awrah, time, facing towards Qiblah, saying Takbeer-e-Tahreemah, Qiyaam, Rukoo, Sajdah, Qadah etc. Then wehave to make the inner state of Salaah Shariah-oriented, thatis, there should be full attention to Salaah with Khushoo andKhuzoo in our heart and mind. During Salaah, we should notbring worldly thoughts in our mind or heart voluntarily. Then

such kind of Salaah becomes spiritually rich and hence ableto be accepted and rewarded fully.

Now to achieve such a level of attention and devotionin Islamic worships and deeds, and to make our outer andinner features Shariah-oriented, Hazrat Maulana Sahib saidthat we have to take to the company of good people andinculcate good habits. It needs time to be spent in suchsurroundings where the pious men and the true servants of

Allah Almighty are present. Therefore, Saalikeen (disciples)are making Baiah with their Spiritual Masters for gettingcourage to shun abominable traits and excelling their deedsand worships by spending time in their company andfollowing their instructions for further improvement in everyaspect of Islamic way of life.

Hazrat Maulana Sahib narrated the famous event of aNoble Companion of Hazrat Nabi Akram Sallallahu-alaihi-

wasallam whose name was Hazrat Hanzalah Raziyallahu Taalaanhuwho once started thinking that perhaps he has turned aMunaafiq as the high level of attention to Aakhirah he was

keeping while sitting in the blessed company of Hazrat NabiAkram Sallallahu-alaihi-wasallamchanges into low level when hereturns to his home and sits in his family. And this change oflevel made him so anxious that he barred himself fromattending the blessed company of Hazrat Nabi AkramSallallahu-alaihi-wasallam. On becoming conspicuous by hisabsence, Hazrat Sayyidna Abu-Bakr Siddeeq Raziyallahu Taalaanhu called on him and asked him the reason of his absence. When Hazrat Hanzalah Raziyallahu-Taala-anhu revealed thereason to Hazrat Sayyidna Abu-Bakr Siddeeq Raziyallahu-Taala-anhu, he echoed the same condition of coming change in thelevel of attention from high to low. Then both the NobleCompanions worried and decided that this matter should bebrought into the notice of Hazrat Nabi Akram Sallallahu-alaihi-wasallam. They went there and stated their anxieties to HazratNabi Akram Sallallahu-alaihi-wasallam. Hazrat Nabi AkramSallallahu-Taala-alaihi-wasallam removed their worries by sayingthat keeping the level of attention to Aakhirah everywhereand every time high is not possible for them as it is related

with off and on matter. And if such high level of attention toAakhirah remains them same every time and everywhere, then the angels will make Musaafahah with them on theroads publicly. With that Hazrat Maulana Sahib Daamat-Barakatuhumconcluded this Khaanqah-Majlis with supplicationand Aameen.

On the same day, the Esteemed Rector, HazratMaulana Muhammad Rahmatullah Sahib Qasmi Daamat-Barakatuhum, addressed a Seerat-e-Jalsah at Jaamia Masjid

Jadeed of Bandipora in the daytime. This Seerat-e-Jalsah,attended by a large number of people, was organized byTraders Federation Bandipora under the supervision of Darul-Uloom Raheemiyyah Bandipora Kashmir.

Helping people in trouble is considered as a greatobligation and a deed of high value in Islam. By the grace of
