The fact that we cannot see there faces heightens the anticipation of what is to come. We cannot see the facial expressions so we are unaware of what their next moves will be.

The blurred edges to the font and the colour (red/orange) highlight the blurring of normal every day people with killers.

The fact we cannot see the victims faces gives them the same anonymity as the killers the is possibly because at some point through the film they might be brought down to their level.

The font of this image reflects theName of the film well. As you look Towards the bottom of the font. ThereAre scratches and breaks in the letters. This suggests that as you ‘descend’ ThingsCan only get worse.

In this strap line the word ‘deepest fear’ again relates to the title. Letting us as viewers know that that deeper you go the scarier it gets.
