In the welfare sector, FOS Group provides, in Outsourcing, administrative Management Service of Health Funds and Bilateral Bodies, implementing management processes and solving operational issues.
SOFTWARE PLATFORM:Web-Based Solutions for Process Management of an supplementary Health Administration, SupplementalFoundation and Bilateral Body.
BACK OFFICE STAFF:Guiding the administrative mangagement practices of the Fund and interface to companies, users, contributingagencies and insurance companies, credit collection campains to taxpayers.
CONTACT CENTER MANAGEMENT:Provides regulation and operation of the Fund, and collect more specific requests that are handled through a dedicated second level contact.
LEGAL ADVICE:Through partnership with a Law Firm specialized in the issues involving the law of Health and Pension Funds, we provide advice on draftingregulations, statutes and communications to companies and members who can protect the Presidency and the Board of the Funds themselves.
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL REPORTING:We assist the Fund in drawing up periodic audits of the annual budget as well as in the reports requested by the Board of Statutory Auditors.
COMMUNICATION:We support companies in each phases of company communication and event setup.

The supply chain process is supported by an ad-hoc software platform able to handle all activities: component purchasing,electronic board repair and delivery.
This platform allows us to monitor the processes and activities carried out by guaranteeing the traceability of materials, measuring throughput time, machiningoperations, generating Test Report, measuring service levels to provide our customers with the required quality levels for business critical systems andcompliance with delivery time.
