INTERNATIONAL KELLY PRIZE IN GERMAN POLITICAL THOUGHT
The Conference for the Study of Political Thought (CSPT) announces the second annual George Armstrong Kelly Prize for the best journal article, or paper of similar length and scope, published in 1990 on the history of 18th and/or 19th century German political thought. This is an international Prize: entries will be accepted from any country. although the articles must be in French, German, English or Spanish.
The deadline for submissions of 1990 articles for the 1992 Prize is 10 November 1991. Four copies of articles in French, English, or Spanish should be sent to Prof. John Christian Laursen, Kelly Prize Administrator, Department of Political Science, Union College, Schenectady, N.Y. 12308, U.S.A. Four copies of articles in German should be sent to Prof. Dr Martyn P. Thompson, Seminar fur Englische Philologie, Universitat Tubingen, 7400 Tubingen 1, Germany. XIXth INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF HISTORY OF SCIENCE
Zaragoza, 22-29 August 1993
The XIXth International Congress of History of Science is scheduled for 22-29 August 1993. It will take place in Zaragoza, at the Science Faculty.
As usual, the Congress will consist of Symposia which will address themes of special interest, Scientific Sections devoted to the various branches and periods of the history of science and technology as well as Poster Sessions. Official languages of the Congress will be English, French and Spanish.

Chairpersons of the various Commissions and Committees of the Division of History of Science of the International Union of History and Philosophy of Science who are interested in organising special symposia are invited to contact either Prof. Dhombres or Prof. Hormig6n in the near future.
The First Circular will be distributed by the National Committees of the IUHPYDHS or may be requested from Prof. Hormig6n. This circular should be ready for distribution in late summer 1991. The Second Circular will be mailed to all colleagues who by returning the entry form express interest in further information.
