Asthma Intervention in Multifamily Housing HUD Grant

• Lansing and Flint Public- Assisted Multifamily Housing• Provided in home asthma case mgt. and healthy

homes interventions ( MATCH + HH Intervention model)

• Completed 109 units with follow-up.• Community Level = smoke free + IPM policies• Additional Units benefited with policies and work
