RIGHT FROM THEMANAGEMENT DESK

Shamsher Puri Jasmer Puri

When we reflect on the year gone by, as we charted our path for 2018—19 last year in Jaipur, we had a mountain to climb – 625-37-

67, and we did it with aplomb. The last 3 years have been the most exciting and challenging years in the DTSS journey, growing

from a 14% revenue growth in 2016-17 to a 26% growth in 2017-18 and reaching an all-time historic high of 30% growth in 2018-

19 – the journey has been amazing and most satisfying. This amazing journey wouldn’t have been possible without YOU – each

one of you – a true CHAMPION. We rightfully celebrated as a TEAM and cherished the wonderful moments of the journey, and we

celebrate each other and exult in the success of our fellow team members.

As is the mark of true champions, we have set our sights on a new peak to scale for the next 3 years

Dear Champions,

• TEAM SPIRIT • ACCOUNTABILITY • PROFESSIONALISM • INTEGRITY • CUSTOMER FOCUS

The next 3 years bring on new challenges as well as exciting opportunities, which will take DTSS to be the No.1 FM organization in

the country. We can, am sure, as a team, strive together, keeping us focussed on scaling the 2X3Y peak, and in the process, build

DTSS as India’s best in class FM solutions provider. This will take a lot of doing – but it is what CHAMPIONS are made of – values

which embody the spirit of DTSS.

We AIMHIGHER

We LOOKFURTHER

We RUNFASTER

and We GROWSTRONGER

Let us join together to create history – like never before – CHAMPIONS FOR LIFE

Double our team strength to 650002X3Y Double our revenue to INR 1200 Cr.

EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING INITIATIVE

AIMING FOR THE BETTER HEART HEALTH

Aim for 7: It is important for an adult to get the sleep of 7 hours a night. It helps

prevent building calcium in arteries which lead to cardiovascular diseases.

Keep the pressure off: Get your blood

sugar level check once in a year.

Ditch the smoking: Smoking and second-hand smoke

are bad for your heart. If you smoke, quit.

Move more: Get active. Getting – and staying – active

can reduce your risk of developing heart disease

Eat wisely: Maintaining a healthy diet

is a major key to prevent heart attack.

BASIC RULES FOR A HEALTHIER YOU:

Eat a nutritious breakfast

every morning

Wipe down your keyboard, mouse,

and phone once a week

Wash your hands after using shared

places like breakroom/washroom

Go on a 2-minute walk in

the break time

Snack healthy during

your work time

CHOOSE HEALTH. CHOOSE LIFE.

Healthy employees lead to positive work culture and overall benefit. As much as DTSS' staff is devoted to taking the

company on the peaks of success, we are committed to doing our bit for their healthiness with employee well-being

initiatives. Championed by Raman Mangalorkar, our personal transformation catalyst, this program is to increase

each and every employee's lifespan through better health. The key objective of this initiative is to help prevent or

decrease the impact of 4 chronic diseases -

Which causes 80% of early mortality in the country.

COMMON MYTHS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.

“It is all in your genes” – In most of the cases, genes have nothing

to do with your disease. Your lifestyle decides your wellbeing.

“A daily multivitamin is a must” – A balanced

diet with fruits, vegetable, nuts would fill the gap

It's good to go on a detox to cleanse your body toxins - From a medical point of view, there is no need for anyone to

detox their systems, as our bodies are built to get rid of toxins way better than any diet or treatment can.

"Brown sugar, honey, etc. are great substitutes for sugar - These ‘healthier' sugars don't provide any significant nutrition over refined white sugar, and all sugars are almost identical in terms of calories.

“Eggs contribute to high cholesterol” - Our harmful cholesterol levels are more influenced by the consumption of saturated and trans-fat rather than eggs. A healthy person can consume an up-to minimum of 7 eggs a week.

“Drinking 8 glasses of water/day are necessary” - While water is essential to keep you hydrated, there is no need to

drink minimally 8 glasses a day. This is because water is not the only source of hydration – our body gets its hydration

from the water found in fruits, vegetables, and in natural juices.
