On Easter Sunday – more than 1,500 years ago – St. Augus ne greeted the people of his diocese with the words: “We are an Easter people and Alleluia is our song.” If we are to be an Easter people, if “Alleluia” truly is our song, then we must share with others our joy in the resurrec on of Jesus. Our belief in the saving presence of the Risen Lord among us here and now should not be a secret which we keep to ourselves. It is an abundant gi of God to His people which He wants us to share with all the members of the human family. This Easter 2019, the Lord calls each of us to be the brother and sister who touches the life of someone without hope. He urges you and me to be a living example of love to someone who has never heard, really heard, the Good News of Jesus – that God loves us, cares about us, will always be there for us, and will save us from what-ever sorrow or difficulty we may now be experiencing. Christ must be seen in us. Christ becomes known through us. You and I must be signs of the Risen Christ to all our neighbors. Our Lord sends us forth into our community of Annuncia on-Our Lady of Fa ma to be living witnesses of His healing love to a world that is broken and bruised. On behalf of the priests and staff of Annuncia on-Our Lady of Fa ma, we pray that the blessings and peace of the Risen Savior come into your hearts and homes on Easter Sunday and remain with you always. Rev. Robert Grippo
On Easter Night Jesus appeared to His disciples. His first words were: “Peace be with you.” He then showed them His wounded hands and feet. Immediately He said again, “Peace be with you!” At this Easter we, His Disciples, show Him our wounded world and our wounded selves. In His glorious presence, we ask “Lord, breathe again on us and give us Your peace.” Msgr. John Farley
May this Easter be a me of renewal of faith, hope, and love in your life. May the light of Jesus’ Resurrec on guide your hearts and be a source of strength for you and your families. Fr. Joseph P. Tierney
May Christ, risen and glorious, bring hope and peace to the hearts of all of us. Fr. Joseph Lienhard
Easter means renewal - renewal of nature and of spirit. May our Easter celebra on bring us renewal of hope and spirit. I wish you and your families a Blessed Easter. Fr. Sal Riccardi
Faith in the resurrec on of Jesus says that there is a future for every human being; the cry for unending life which is a part of the person is indeed answered. God exists: that is the real message of Easter. Anyone who even begins to grasp what this means also knows what it means to be re-deemed. Happy Easter, Thank you for who you are and all that you do. The Lord is risen! Glorify Him! Fr. Kareem Smith
Wishing you and your families a blessed Easter. May our hearts be filled with joy at His Resurrec on! Fr. Chris Argano
Having prayerfully entered into Our Lord’s Passion during Holy Week, we are now be er able to enter into the pure joy of the promised Resurrec on. He is risen! Buona Pasqua! Deacon John Catalano
At this holy season, may our parish community truly realize God’s love for us in His Son Jesus, and may we share His love with others. Deacon Michael J. Fox & Mrs. Rosemarie Fox
