Aim
2. Explore challenges, solutions and outcomes in our own practice to model, support and foster transformation of practice and culture amongst academic staff and not simply a change of product?

Flipped Professional Development has the potential to disrupt the way teachers learn and will accelerate innovation in education
A multifaceted approach?

What would happen if....
… Imagine telling senior management you are stopping PD sessions in favor of peer-to-peer learning. You're redeploying learning & teaching staff as mentors, coaches, and facilitators who work on improving core business processes (L&T), strengthening relationships with customers (students), and cutting costs. You're shifting the focus to creativity, innovation, and helping people perform better, faster, cheaper.
Perhaps the time has come?
