Permanently identify and characterise the re-user sector in order to set collaboration, management and co-operation guidelines designed to maximise the consumption and re-use process.
Evaluate the actions performed in order to improve the stages of the value chain
Identify the most important open data community members in each sector in order to take their opinions into consideration and adjust the process according to their needs.
Measure and disseminate economic and social benefits of re-use in order to promote these types of actions
