Department of Law Pokfulam Road Hong Kong

Head of Deparunent: Professor Raymond Wacks B.A .. LL .B . . LL.M .. Dip . Law. M.Litt. . Ph .D.

19 June 1992

The Han Mr M J Kerr M.P. Chairman, NSW Parliamentary Joint Committee on the ICAC 121 Macqrarie St., Sydney NSW 2000 Australia

Dear Mr Kerr,

You'll remember that when you visited the university some weeks ago on your trip to Hong Kong I carelessly said that 'we' could provide a bibliography of materials on the Hong Kong ICAC. The 'we' of course meant 'I' (that is, me). ·

Examinations have since intervened, which explains the delay, but a bibliography is now enclosed, courtesy of our research officer Mr Jim Garrity.

I hope this is of some interest and value.

Sincerely,

Peter Wesley-Smith Professor of Law
