1. Approval of a 3.5% increase In General Consumers’ revenue, effective April 1,2013, sufficient togenerate additional revenue of $47 million in fiscal year 2013/14.

2. Approval to maintain in current rates and finalization of, the 1% interim rate that arose fromOrder 5/12 wherein the Board reduced and finalized the April 1,2010 rate increase at 1.9%as opposed to the 2.9% that was previously approved on an interim basis. This 1% interimrate has continued to be billed to customers and has accrued approximately $12 million peryear in a deferral account. Manitoba Hydro requests the total forecast accrued balance of thedeferral account of approximately $35 million be included in 201 2/13 revenues of ManitobaHydro;
3. Final approval of the 2.0% interim rate increase granted effective April 1,2012 and currentlyin the rates billed to customers;
4. .Final approval of the2.5% interim rateincrease granted effectiveSeptember 1,201 2and currentlyinthe billed rates to customers. Manitoba Hydroisalsoseeking final approval ofanyotherinterimrate Orders issued subsequent to the filing of the Application and prior to the conclusion of thisproceeding;
S. Approval of the proposed modifications to the Terms and Conditions of the Surplus EnergyProgram )SEP) and final approval of all interim eo parte SEP Orders issued since January 17,2012as wellasanyadditional interim en parte SEP rate Orders issoed priorto the Board’sfinalOrder in this matter;
6. Approval of the proposed modifications to the Curtailab(e Rate Program (CRP) and final approvalof interim en parte Order 52/12 as well as any additional interim en parte CRP rate Orders issuedpriorto the Board’s final Order in this matter;
7. final approval of existing Diesel Zone interim Orders 17/04,46/04, 159/04, t 76/06, 1/to, 134/10,1/1 land 149/11. Manitoba Hydro is also seeking finalapproval of the B.59h interim rateincrease,granted effective September 1,2012, on the full cost portion of the rate applicable to GeneralService and Government customers in four remote communities served by Diesel Generation.
fora typical Residential cxsromer,withoutelecrricspace heatusing an average of 1000 kilowatt-hours(kWh) per month, the proposed April 1,2013 rate change, if approved by the Board, will result in amonthlybill increase of $2.62 or3.4%.Arenidential cnstnmerwithelectricspace heat,using anaverageof 2000 kWh a month will see an increase of $5.24 or 3.6% per month commencing April 1,2013.
Based onthe proposed April 1,2013 rates,GeneralService cuntomerswillenperienceincreases rangingfrom 2.3% to 4.4% depending on monthly consumption, load factor and/or voltage level served.

The hearing will be held at the Board’s offices, 400-330 Portage Avenue, winnipeg.
