4. Change DetailsThis section provides further details of each change.
HEAD refers to the development and unreleased testing versions of CRIS. Changes reported in HEAD are either new features not in any previous version of CRIS or issues that have only been introduced or discovered during development or testing of the next release of CRIS. Issues reported in a particular release, HEAD or otherwise, may also be pertinent to other releases of CRIS.
Description: It is possible to accidentally reset a dictation status from addendum to untyped. This can be done by loading a dictation in the reporting page and then moving back to the event details and re-loading the reporting page without clearing the patient.Resolution: The dictation status of addendum now persists when clearing the report screen, regardless of mode or way in which the report editor was accessed. This includes accessing the report page of many events from the same patient event list.

When you press play the play arrow is replaced by a black circle to represent the fact that this button now functions as a stop button. The symbol for a stop button is a square. Description: If the event details are changed via the dictation page then typing R in the exam code, status, room or time fields toggles dictation on and off.
Description: If you have an event with multiple exams and dictate the event. Then remove the top exam for any reason (this can be in the dictation screen or event details screen also during dictating or after the dictation has been completed) the speaker icon disappears from the event on the Events Screen. You can still listen to the dictation in the dictation module and the event still appears on the dictation list, but there is still no iconIncident No. HD125581

Description: The height of the clinical history and notes fields on the dictation page are restricted to a much smaller height than would fit when displayed on a wide screen monitor.

Description: If the user has two copies of CRIS running and tries to open an exam for dictating in both copies, the second exam selected correctly gives the warning saying you cant dictate two exams at the same time but still marks it as being locked and being dictated even though the user has not been allowed into the dictation page.
5.2.4 Event Details
214133 - End time of cancellation status not populatedReported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a
Description: When an appointment is cancelled, the end time of the cancellation status is supposed to be filled in with the time of the original appointment for the exam, if there is one present. Currently this does happen when going through the cancel finish page, but when right clicking and cancelling from an event list, this is not the case, the end time remains as null.
There is also an additional inconsistency whereby if a request is cancelled via the cancel finish page the end date and end time of the cancellation status are both null, but if a right click cancel on the request list is used the end time is null, but the end date is set to 01/01/2099.
These situations should all result in consistent data in the database.

Description: When using the unprocessed list it is possible to action an event that has a syringe icon against it as it has been injected. This puts a processing locked icon in place of the syringe icon. It is then possible to press "Unaction" on the event, and this should remove the lock, and replace it with the previous icon, however it currently removes the lock and also the syringe icon. This could be a risk as someone may not realise that the event has already been administered with radioactive material.
Description: It is possible for an events status history to be blank.Incident No. 050I0221340

Then the first radiologist modifies and verifies the report unaware of what the second radiologist is doing. The second radiologist then modifies and verifies the report again ignoring another warning that the report has been modified by someone else. This second save has wrongly removed the verified by code.

Description: If an image is scanned and for some reason there is a problem with the image so that there is no valid image available it is not possible to delete the request card record from the event. It is also not possible to rescan the request card to update the missing image.
Description: If a setup page is opened and closed and then the user expands a node in the Setup Tables then the previously opened and closed tab will reopen.
Description: When you copy an existing appointment diary for whole weeks CRIS is supposed to take the week you are copying and copy it exactly as it is to the destination week, Monday to Monday, Tuesday to Tuesday etc. It does not always do this if you have part weeks defined or you set the start date to a day other than Monday or the date you have selected for copying is not a Monday.

Description: Even if the fields that make up a foreign field in stats have the relevant null flags set, the checks still aren't performed. This means that a blank value is returned for some fields such as the DICTATE.By Name field, instead of the value against the blank code, which would be "Blank Radiol".
Description: If multiple selection criteria are selected in stats, and the selected nodes contain brackets, when the remove button is pressed, the criteria is not removed and null pointers are thrown in the Java console. This can then prevent the removing of other selection criteria on the page.
Description: When selection criteria has been added to a stat such that one field = another field, if the focus is lost, either by clicking on the operator field, or by pressing tab, the popup table is displayed (if there is one set). Other selection criteria can set selected, or return can be pressed and the pop up does not appear.
209146 - Linking tables being inserted when auto joins are not to be used.Reported in: 06.04 Fixed in: 2.07.12a
Description: When the "use auto joins" check box is not selected in stats, the links between the tables are not automatically inserted, however, the tables that the system believes are required for the auto joins are still inserted into the query. This results in invalid large queries, as even though the auto join links are not present, the tables are, and what is more, they no longer have a link to them as the system is not adding them automatically.
Also, if auto join links is not selected, if there is no selection criteria for the auto joined links, the system thinks we are still using them.

Description: When a stat is running locally on a client, if the user shuts down CRIS or logs out and restarts, the stat is still set as running. If the stat is selected from the previous stats screen, the option is there to stop the stat, but no one is able to as no one controls the thread that belongs to the stat. The thread has in fact been shutdown at the same time the application was, and the stat query also stopped at this point. The stat should in fact have its status set to stopped when this happens, rather than still appearing as running.

Description: The stats report viewer doesn't handle ~( well. If a matching closing bracket is found then only the details contained within the brackets is missing from the output when viewed in the viewer, however if there is a ~( with no matching bracket, the viewer displays nothing.
Description: When there is a prompt table used in the statistical reporting selections, that is large enough to require a scroll bar to view all entries, selecting an entry in the list actually selects the next row in the table.

Description: The datafield type of "L" is used for large text objects, as these can only have the operator of "in" applied to selections on them. The text stored within these database fields however, can be both upper and lower case, but the only datafields that are affected by case sensitivity are those marked as type "A" for ascii. Both types of "A" and "L" need to be affected when they are marked as being case sensitive.

The only way to close the correction menu after this happens is by clicking on the application window.
