    management prefers both punitive and corrective action to magainst any violation of conduct

    Conclusion

    Any change in workplace environment, which is depends on approconduct of employees can change the productivity level of theorganization. According to our social context, family is solely respofor our morale development, teaching about values. But in changinenvironment, educational institution as well as employers must takinitiative to make people aware about appropriate conduct for mutusuccess of both of the party
