AFTERnOOn: Time to go out and do what you do best!

Hold at least 3 skin care or color classes per week. Make sure to have at least p6,000 sales per class. The best place to get bookings and coaching sessions is in your skin care and color classes. Don’t forget to ask for referrals from your hostesses, customers and guests who have attended your class. Their referrals can be your next guests and potential customers.

Ensure you have at least 1 new happy customer every week. Let every new person you meet try Mary kay® products. Focus on adding one new customer to grow your customer base and make sure that you foster good customer relationship. You may also tell her the good news about the One Woman CanTM Beauty Contest.

Team build the Mary Kay Way. Share the business opportunity with fairness and honesty. (See page 14 for more team building tips.)You may share the opportunity with at least one guest in your skin care and color makeover classes. Likewise, offer your hostesses with additional gifts for every referral who becomes your new team member.

Attend unit meeting, area event, and company functions. Share your i-story and dream with your fellow Mary Kay sisters. And, don't forget to project a Mary Kay image.

MORninG: Plan and communicate for your next class.

Prepare your "6 Most important" list for the week. Always have a positively polished morning plan. Make it a habit to check your email as the Company regularly sends updates and posts new information on its website.

Book at least 3 skin care classes and/or major color makeover session every week. Booking is setting the appointment to share the product at a facial or a skin care/color class. Turn your guests into hostesses to ensure your continuous bookings.

Coach your skin care class hostesses before the skin care class. Offer your hostesses makeup and styling tips. Introduce to them the One Woman CanTM Beauty Contest. Assist your hostesses in taking their before (makeover) photo. Follow up with color makeover session and take an after (makeover) photo. You may assist them in uploading their photos in the One Woman CanTM Beauty Contest website.

Manage your product inventories. Make sure you have adequate stocks of the regular-line and latest Mary kay® products. Remember to practice the first-expiry, first-out method of managing inventory. This should help you move out products before their expiration dates. See page 19 for more details.

Conduct at least 3 team building appointments every week. Once you have identified a potential team member in one of your skin care/color classes, you may set an appointment to let her know the beauty of the Mary kay opportunity. Also, regularly keep in touch with your team members and invite them to collaborate with you in executing a big group of skin care classes or color makeover sessions.

Have at least 3 after sales appointment/customer service every week. provide great customer service, like do a personalized delivery service or check out on the progress of their skin care regimen. Call, email or visit some of your regular customers to follow up for orders and introduce the One Woman CanTM Beauty Contest and the latest Mary kay® products.
