No Place for Hate
Our school is participating in a campaign sponsored by the
Anti-Defamation League called No Place for Hate. Our
goal is to be recognized as a No Place for Hate campus.
This week, April 7-11, we are doing an activity called Be
the Change, Choose Respect. The students will learn to
value their own uniqueness and appreciate the differences
of others. The students will par-
ticipate in discussions on ways
that people are unique and how
RESPECT is something everyone
deserves. To add some fun, we
have a theme for each day in
which the students and teachers
can participate.
BE THE CHANGE THEME DAYS
Wednesday: Appreciate Differences….Wear Mix &
Match Clothes
Thursday: Sign Resolution of Respect…wear blue
Friday: Give Hate the Slip….Wear Slippers
