The Lindo Collection is a stunningrange of designer bathroomfurniture. You can combine modularand fitted furniture units to create theperfect modern bathroom with allthe storage space that you desire.

All units are supplied assembled and are available in awide range of sizes to fit any bathroom. Reduced depthunits are also available for those smaller bathroomsand cloakrooms.


13 ranges are available to choosefrom, or why not mix and matchyour colours? Serano White andBlack always look stunning together.

Each range has a standard cabinet (see page 11),however you are free to mix and match the rangeand cabinet as you see fit. Why not combine aSerano White door with an Oak cabinet?

PVC-edged MFC cabinet with matching interior/exterior finish.

2. Cam & dowel construction.

3. Toughened 6mm glass shelf and chrome shelf bracket.

4. 18mm MFC shelf.

5. Box at back of unit to run waste pipes along the concealedvoid if required. Side panel can be cut to fit pipes.

6. 8mm back with void of 75mm for pipes on basin units.

7. White metal sided drawer box with full extension, soft closingaction and decorative chrome trim. Two drawer units featurefrosted perspex sides.

8. 3-way fully adjustable all-metal clip-on hinge with softclose buffer.

9. Supplied with four adjustable feet. These can be adjusted toraise the unit off the floor and to deal with uneven flooring.

10.Plinth clip for clip-on continuous plinth.

The Lindo Collection represents the latestdesign trends and features our uniquefitted furniture concept. A 90mm highcontinuous plinth runs flush with the doorsto give a contemporary linear styling andthe 18mm cabinets are available in glossblack, gloss white and oak. The cabinet isdesigned to maximise storage space andfeatures a concealed void at the back toallow for waste pipes.

Installation GuideAlways check for electrical wires, water pipes or otherservices before drilling the wall.Lindo Base UnitsSet height for base units at 811mm on wall above lowest point.Plumb and secure firmly through back rail and brackets.Adjust leg for base support. Scribe into side panels and plinthas required. It is recommended to seal plinth with plinth seal(PLINTHS). Continue adding adjoining units, screwing orbolting together and fixing as above. The Lindo Collection baseunits are boxed out at the rear to allow waste pipes to be runalong the back of the units. In this scenario cut out the back ofthe side panel as required to fit/hold waste pipes (see below).

Lindo Wall UnitsDetermine the exact location of the unit(s) and mark a horizontalline 1831mm from the floor. Mark the position of each unit.Fit the hanging bracket plates to the wall as illustrated anduse adjustment to level. Secure with additional fixings throughback support rail or bracket. Continue adding adjoining units,screwing or bolting together and fixing as above.Modular UnitsFirmly screw brackets to wall and use adjustment to level.Secure with additional fixings through back support railor bracket.IMPORTANTAll units should be fitted by a qualified fitter. Any screws andother fixings used must be suitable to support the units whenloaded into the material they are to be fitted.When fitting handles please be aware that doors are not pre-drilled for the handle. The drillings on the doors may bedifferent between two doors in the same range, so we stronglyrecommend that each handle is measured and the doormarked and drilled to fit the handle.

Venetian Wall Units Set height for wall units at 1931mm on wall above lowest point.Firmly screw brackets to wall and use adjustment to level.Secure with additional fixings through back support rail orbracket. Continue adding adjoining units, screwing or boltingtogether and fixing as above.

IMPORTANTAll units should be assembled and fitted using instructions andinstallation guidelines provided. Any screws and other fixingsused must be suitable to support the units when loaded into thematerial they are to be fitted. When using hanging brackets, if afirm fixing cannot be achieved, we STRONGLY recommend theuse of adjustable support legs.

Installation Sequence1. All hot & cold services turned off

at appropriate positions. 2. Locate waste outlets according to the plan. 3. Fix base units to the wall.4. Fit countertops.5. Fit sanitaryware. 6. Fit wall/dresser cupboards where appropriate. 7. Connect and check plumbing. 8. Fit continuous plinth if used, scribing

as necessary.

Wall UnitsUnits should be offset 235mmminimum. Repositioning thecorner post on the blankingpanel will allow a maximumoffset of 385mm.

Alternatively, the base/corneropen shelf (CBGLOS605) can bepulled out the full 320mm, inwhich case the 320mm cornerpost/blanking panel (CBOSBCP)is fixed to the side of thebase/corner open shelf.

Example 1 shows how an additionallight can be added to the FlexibleStrip Light Pack by linking the lightsdirectly together with the built-inconnection port at either end of thelight. This arrangement can be usedto run lights along a unit run up to6000mm (maximum 6 x 1000mmlights per driver).

Example 2 shows how a ‘Y’ Splittercan be used to run strip lights inalternate directions.

Example 3 shows how there is a pairof spotlights per driver which areconnected using the ‘Y’ Splitter.
