SourceRhythm Linear LED floodlights utilize six (6) Rebel™ LEDs per linear foot, driven at 615 mA, with maximum power consumption of 13 watts per linear foot. Lumen maintenance of individual LED light sources has been independently tested to IESNA LM-80-08 standards. Note: LM-80-08 does not cover measurement of luminaires.

Power SuPPlyA 60W power supply is provided standard with NEMA-rated enclosure and may be remotely located up to 15’ (w/ 18AWG). Two (2) 60W power supplies and two (2) NEMA-rated enclosures are required for 6’ and 8’ luminaires. Optional NEMA-rated power supplies, rated to IP67, are available for use with the Rhythm.

5-year limited warrantyHydrel warrants the Light Emitting Diode (LED) light engine, LED driver and LED power supply for all LED (Product(s)) sold hereunder to be free from defect in manufacturing under normal and proper storage, installation, and use of the Products for a period of five (5) years from the date of Product shipment by Hydrel to you. The Products should be installed only in applications where ambient temperatures do not exceed 50°C. Installation and use of the Products in applications where ambient temperatures exceed 50°C will result in reduced life, lumen output and will void the warranty. Failure mode, for the purposes of being entitled to make a claim under this warranty, is defined as less than seventy (70) percent lumen output up to fifty thousand (50,000) hours of light fixture operation. Our warranty liability extends only to the repair or replacement of the defective part within the Product, and Hydrel will not pay any labor charges for correction of the defect by repair or replacement.

PolarPacK™ cold weatHer tecHnologyTo date, T5 linear fluorescent lamps can be effectively used only in select outdoor environments due to their inherent sensitivity to cold temperatures. Hydrel embarked on a new technology development process to resolve these temperature issues in order to offer a linear floodlighting fixture with high performance optics and reliable, consistent operation in any outdoor climate. The 4750 PolarPack option incorporates patented technology to actively control the lamp’s thermal environment regardless of the outdoor ambient temperature.

The PolarPack™ cold weather option is an active temperature management system maintaining optimal operating conditions even in the harshest winter conditions. When it is combined with the cold weather ballast option, optimal T5 fluorescent light output can be achieved at a starting temperature as low as -20° Fahrenheit.

VerSatility goeS unmatcHedHydrel’s 4750 Series offers five unique optical distribution patterns with glare control accessories for precision floodlighting, sign lighting and wall washing. The 4750 Series is the first true linear floodlight to offer both symmetric and asymmetric beam pattern solutions in one housing design.

Hydrel Flood ligHtingThe primary function of a lighting fixture body is to provide protection for electrical and optical components within. Hydrel, a long-time leader in sealed lighting designs, brings its experience and expertise to floodlighting, using heavy die-cast components, unique lens-sealing methods and protected wiring.

door/lenS aSSemBlyThe heavy-duty die-cast aluminum door has integral channels for gasketing and accessory retention. The wide lip provides a guide for self-centering and positive sealing, and the inside of the door is indexed for repeatable positioning of internal glare shields on the door. The tempered glass lens is permanently bracketed and gasketed to the door to prevent moisture penetration.

Stainless steel door retention fasteners are floating and replaceable. The self-centering door makes a reliable, repeatable seal. Corrosion-resistant steel brackets facilitate door retention and easy mounting of reflectors. Ballast wiring and mounting hardware are easily accessible for replacement. Wiring harness is covered by a protective plate.

eaSy aimingRugged knuckle uses machine tool technology to handle weight, providing 180° vertical tilt adjustment and 360° rotation to put light where it is needed. A single tamper-proof fastener secures knuckle in position. Angle indicator marks are provided.

BallaSt aSSemBlyHigh-power-factor magnetic ballasts mounted to housing allow maximum heat dissipation, long life and reliable lamp starting. Remote enclosures with slide-tray-mounted ballasts on 1000W lights help reduce component temperature while easing maintenance.

Source SHieldS / internal glare controlThe 7000 Series features internal glare-control options for a number of distributions including spots, horizontal floods and horizontal spots. These internal shields fasten inside fixture doors and eliminate glare outside the desired distribution pattern.

Internal shields eliminate the need for external glare-control devices such as half glare shields and barn doors, resulting in clean, architecturally pleasing surfaces.

Reflectors are interchangeable with four screws.

eaSy aimingRugged yoke-mount fixture provides 180° vertical tilt adjustment and 360° rotation to put light where it is needed. AWM fixture head may be oriented up or down simply by loosening yoke screws and rotating fixture head 180°. Yoke housing allows fixture head to be aimed 20° up or down.

Source SHieldS / internal glare controlThe 8000 Series features internal glare control options for a number of distributions including Horizontal Spot, Horizontal Flood, Vertical Flood, Spot, Narrow Flood, Medium Flood, Flood and Wide Flood. These internal elements attached to the door provide unlimited versatility in beam control. Indexing marks on the door allow for easy interchangeability of optics in the field.

External Glare Control options include Barn Doors, Full and Half Glare Shields, and House Side Shield.
