I managed the addition of a digital division within an offset environment. The strategy included rebranding, market planning with a budget, tailoring a buyer’s journey, and determining necessary insights. The plan resulted in the permeation of two new markets producing a 33.97% boost in revenue. Daily functions included product photography, photo editing, page layout, pre-press, and press checks. Proposed and produced a digital version of each catalog. The digital editions increased profit margins while also offering a more versatile product lineup. SENIOR EMAIL DESIGNER Designed, coded and analyzed metrics of ten to 20 email blasts per day. Recommended and implemented the conversion of all email marketing collateral to responsive design. Additionally performed thorough target market analysis to create more relevant content.
