1. INTRODUCTION

Inordertousethee-zababusinessbankingservicewiththeUSBKeySecureBrowserdevice,yourcomputerneedstomeetthefollowingrequirements:

TheASEBASecureBrowserLauncherapplicationisstartedfromtheUSBKeyandenablesyouto: n starttheBank’swebpageforcompletingtheuserregistrationandcertificaterenewalprocesses n starttheapplicationfortheUSBKeyadministration n starttheapplicationfortheelectronicsigningoffileswithorders n start an application upgrade n starttheBankhomepagewww.zaba.hr.

2. STARTING THE APPLICATION

Upon insertingtheUSBKey inanavailableUSBport,yourcomputerwillautomaticallyperformall required installations.Afterthemessage“Devicedriversoftwareinstalledsuccessfully”appears,youcancontinueusingtheUSBdevice(Fig.1).

By insertingtheUSBKey inanavailableUSBportonyourcomputer,click“StartASEBASecureBrowser”tostart theASEBASecureBrowserapplication(Fig.2).

Ifthe“AutoPlay”windowfailstoopen(Fig.2),youneedtostarttheapplicationdirectlyfromtheUSBKey.ForthedirectstartingoftheapplicationfromtheUSBKey,choosetheoption“MyComputer”onyourcomputer,anddoubleclicktoselecttheicon

OncethedirectoryfolderoftheUSBdeviceopens,youcanstarttheapplicationbydoubleclickingonthefileSecureBrowserLauncher.exe located inthedirectory\Asseco\ASEBAPKISecureBrowserLauncher.

Ifyouhavesavedthee-zabacertificateonyourUSBKey,awindowforunlockingthedevicewillopen.

EnterthePINandconfirmitbyclickingon (Fig.5).

AfterconfirmingthePIN,theZagrebačkabankahomepagewillautomaticallyappearintheMozillaFirefoxbrowser(Fig.6).

Byselectingtheoption inthePINenteringwindow(Fig.5),furtherapplicationsandallofthemenuswillbeinEnglish.

2.1. USER REGISTRATION

Ifyoudonothavethee-zabacertificatesavedonyourUSBKey,youneedtocompletetheregistrationprocess.

UponinsertingtheUSBKeyinyourcomputer,thepage“e-zabaUserRegistration”willautomaticallyopen.

Inordertostarttheregistrationprocess,choosetheoption“StartRegistration”inthemainmenuoftheASEBASecureBrowserLauncherapplication(Fig.7).

Detailedinstructionsforthee-zabauserregistrationprocessareavailableintheUserRegistrationandUSBKeySecureBrowserDeviceAdministrationGuide,Chapter3–“UserRegistration”.InordertoaccesstheGuide,choosetheoption“Moreinformationonwww.zaba.hr”inthemainmenuoftheASEBASecureBrowserLauncherapplication(menu ,Businessentities,informationandinstructions,INSTRUCTIONS).

2.2. RENEWAL OF e-zaba CERTIFICATE

If30daysorlesshaveremaineduntilthecertificateexpirydate,acertificaterenewalproceduremustbeimplemented.WhenstartingtheASEBASecureBrowserLauncherapplication,amessagesuchastheoneshowninFig.8willappear.

Ifyouselecttheoption ,thecertificaterenewalpagewillautomaticallyopen,andthenyouneedtofollowtherenewalinstructions.

Ifyoudonotwishtorenewthecertificate,selecttheoption andcontinueusingtheapplication.

Thecertificate renewalprocess canbe started from themainmenuof theASEBASecureBrowser Launcherapplication (Fig.7)byselectingtheoption .Oncethecertificaterenewalpageopens,followtherenewalinstructions.

Wekindlyaskyoutorenewthecertificatebeforetheexpirydate,sothatyoucouldcontinueusingtheASEBASecureBrowserLauncherapplication,andthuse-zaba.Thecertificatecanberenewed30daysbeforetheexpirydateand30daysaftertheexpirydate,however,aftertheexpiryofthecertificatevaliditytheuseofe-zabawillnolongerbepossible.

2.3. STARTING THE ZAGREBAČKA BANKA HOMEPAGE IN A SECURE ENVIRONMENT

InordertostarttheZagrebačkabankahomepagewww.zaba.hrinasecureenvironment,selecttheoption in themainmenu of the ASEBA Secure Browser Launcher application, afterwhich theZagrebačkabankahomepagewillopen(Fig.6).

2.4. USB KEY ADMINISTRATION

TheUSBKeyadministrationcanbestartedfromthemainmenubyselectingtheoption (Fig. 7), afterwhichtheapplication“ASEBAPKIDeviceClient”administrationwillopen.

DetailedinstructionsfortheUSBKeyadministrationareavailableintheUserRegistrationandUSBKeySecureBrowserDeviceAdministrationGuide.InordertoaccesstheGuide,choosetheoption“Moreinformationonwww.zaba.hr”inthemainmenuoftheASEBASecureBrowserLauncherapplication(menu , Business entities, information and instructions,INSTRUCTIONS).

2.5. FILE SIGNING

ForsigningfilesusetheapplicationASEBAFileSecure,whichenablesyoutochecktheBank’selectronicsignature.

Thefilesigningapplicationcanbestartedfromthemainmenu,byselectingtheoption (Fig. 7), after whichthefilesigningapplication“ASEBAFileSecure”willopen.

3. APPLICATION UPGRADE

AnASEBASecureBrowserLauncherapplicationupgradecanbestartedfromthemainmenu,byselectingtheoption (Fig.7).

IfthereisanupdatedversionoftheapplicationonyourUSBKey,butnonewerversionforupgradeisavailableontheserver,amessagewiththeinformationthatthesoftwaresupportisup-to-datewillappear,alongwiththelistofthecurrentlyinstalledcomponentsoftheversion(Fig.9).

Ifanewerapplicationversionisavailableontheserver,awindowasshowninFig.10willappear.

Theoption“Selectlanguage” defines the language of the application upon upgradecompletion. Once you have selected the desired language in this option, each time you start the Secure Browser Launcherapplicationitwillbeinthelanguageyouchoseduringtheupgradeprocess.

Tocontinuewiththeupgrade,selecttheoption afterwhichawindowwiththeinformationondownloadingtheupgradeandtherequirementsoftheapplicationfordownloadingtheupgrade(RAM,diskspace,availability)willappear-(Fig.11).

Byselectingtheoption theupgradeprocesswillbecancelledandyoucancontinueusingthee-zabaserviceandtheSecureBrowser Launcher application.

An application upgrade can be downloadedn fromtheserver,orn fromalocaldisk.

3.1. DOWNLOADING UPGRADES FROM THE SERVER

Ifyouselecttheoptiontodownloadupgradesfromtheserver,theupgradeprocesswillcontinuebyclickingon .Duringtheupgradeprocess,themessagesshowninFig.12and13willappear.Uponsuccessfulcompletion,themessage“Upgradingcompletedsuccessfully”willappear(Fig.14).

3.2. DOWNLOADING UPGRADES FROM A LOCAL DISK

Upgradescanberunfromalocaldisk,aswell.Inordertodothat,selecttheoption“Downloadanupgradefromalocaldisk”(Fig.11)andbyclickingon awindowwillappearasshowninFig.15,inwhichyouhavetoselecttheISOfilewiththeupgrade.

Selectthefile„e-zaba_70_hr.iso”fromthelocaldiskandclickon .Furtherupgradeprocedureisidenticaltotheprocessofdownloadingupgradesfromtheserver.

Clickontheoption andwaitforthefiletodownload.Openthefilefolderwhereyousavedthefile.OpentheWinZiptoolyouhaveinstalledonyourcomputertounzipthefileandsaveitin.isoformatrequiredforupgrading.

3.3. NOTIFICATIONS ON AVAILABLE UPGRADES

NotificationsonavailableupgradesappearabovetheASEBASecureBrowserLauncherapplicationiconontheSystemTray: 1.Softwareupgradeavailable–anotificationontheavailabilityofanewerversionofthesoftwareandavailableupgrades(Fig.17).ByclickingonthenotificationasoftwareupgradewindowwillappearasshowninFig.10.

2.Softwareupgraderequired–anotificationonthesoftwareupgradeyouneedtoinstallinordertocontinueusingtheASEBASecureBrowserLauncherapplicationande-zaba(Fig.18).

IfyoucanceltheSecureBrowserLauncherapplicationupgrade,youwillnotbeabletousee-zabaandtheSecureBrowserLauncherapplicationuntilyouhavecompletedtheupgradeprocess.Afterclickingon awindowwillappearasshowninFig.20,whereyoucanconfirmthecancellingorcontinuetheupgradeprocessbyclickingon.

Byclickingontheabovemessageorbyselectingthesoftwareupgradefromthemainmenu,awindowcontainingthemessagedetailswillappear as shown in Fig. 22.

4.2. WINDOWS XP OPERATING SYSTEM

Incaseyoulacktheadministratorauthorizationbutstilltrytoupgradetheapplication,amessageabouttheerrorwillappearasshowninFig25.

4.3. PROBLEMS CAUSED BY IMPROPER HANDLING OF THE USB KEY

WekindlyaskyoutofollowtheejectprocedureafterusingyourUSBKeydevice.Otherwise,youmayencounterproblemswhenusingyourUSBdeviceorconnectingtoe-zaba.

PROPERHANDLING

1.AfterusingyourUSBKeyorapplicationsontheUSBKey(e.g.MozillaFirefox,ASEBAFileSecureetc.),closealltherunningapplicationsandexittheASEBASecureBrowserLauncherapplicationbyclickingon inthemainmenu(Fig.7).

2.Right-clicktoselecttheicon ontheSystemTrayandthenclickontheoption(Fig.26).

3.WaitforthemessageshowninFig.27toappearonthescreen,andthenremoveyourUSBdevicefromtheUSBport.

ImproperhandlingoftheUSBdevicemaydisablethestartingofe-zabaviatheMozillaFirefoxportablebrowseronyourUSBdevice.
