During the last quarter, from April 1 st through to June 30 th 2015, the local property market continued to see strong activity with modest capital gains. Brisbane wide saw a per quarter improvement of 1.4% and 4.5% for the full twelve months to June. Low interest rates continue to fuel enthusiasm and buyer demand within the investor and occupier markets. Brisbane is the only capital city to have seen gross rental yields increase over the year and at a yield of 5.4% apartments are the strongest performer right now. During the last quarter, from April 1st through to June 30th 2015, the local property market continued to see strong activity with modest capital gains. Open 7 days a week and featuring fresh locally caught seafood from Straddie, the mouth-watering straddie prawns, bugs, crabs, oysters and of course fish are a must.
