SAGESage-inc.com's objective was to increase brand awareness and strategic awareness for the BRICKServer®2

of the BRICKServer®2. The target market included decision-makers who were familiar with web security, but not experts. Conceptualized and wrote copy.

ONE MORE HORSE CURED FROM DISEASE.ONE MORE CHILD WHO EARNS AN EDUCATION.
ONE MORE MEMORY FOREVER COMMEMORATED.ONE MORE SPECIAL PERSON WHO EXPERIENCESFREEDOM ATOP AN AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE.
IMAGINE…
FROM AS FAR BACK AS YOU CARE TO DATE IT, THE HISTORY OF MANKIND HAS BEEN WRITTEN
from the back of a horse. Along the path of humankind, wherever footprints were left, there
were always hoof prints right beside.
Whether conquering a nation, settling a new country or carrying people away from life’s
worries, it was fate - horse and human always acted as one.
Today, our horses are more companions than workers. However, no matter how you define
their role, the impact the American Quarter Horse has on our lives is more powerful than ever.
Now, it’s our time to pledge our support to the animal that has always been there – as
conqueror, as friend, as the one who makes our world better.
In the pages that follow, you’ll discover how deeply the American Quarter Horse Foundation is
committed to preserving our past, celebrating our present and protecting our future. Join the
efforts of the Foundation and celebrate the spirit of horse and human – one cure, one mind,
one memory and one ride – at a time.
The American Quarter Horse Foundation is the heart of the American Quarter Horse.
Alone we can do so little;Together – acting as one – we can do so much.
THE AMERICAN ≤UARTER HORSE FOUNDATION CAMPAIGN 2
ALL IT TAKES IS ONE.ONE CURE. ONE MIND. ONE MEMORY. ONE RIDE.
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMANS AND THEIR AMERICAN QUARTER HORSES DIVERGE
into as many paths as there are horses and people. It’s almost too personal to be written down
and too complex to be described.
Call it a partnership, call it a pact, call it what you will…it’s a bond – of trust, respect, caring,
teamwork…and love.
The American Quarter Horse Foundation was created to celebrate that bond we all have with
our American Quarter Horses and to honor your life as an American Quarter Horse owner.
To ensure that future generations will always know and understand the impact of that
relationship and experience the endless benefits of America’s horse, the Foundation is proud
to introduce a mission that will raise the necessary funds to make sure more dreams come true
well into the future.
The campaign will ensure that:
1) More resources will be given to researchers to find cures for diseases.
When complete, the Foundation’s campaign will raise $5 million for Equine Research,
allowing the Foundation to fund $500,000 annually to seek cures for diseases that
affect all horses.
2) More young people will receive the gift of education.
When complete, the Foundation’s campaign will raise $3.2 million for Scholarships,
giving the Foundation the power to award more than $500,000 to young people seeking
a college education.
3) More memories and contributions to the American Quarter Horse lifestyle will forever be
commemorated.
When complete, the Foundation’s campaign will raise $5 million for a new American
Quarter Horse Hall of Fame, so we all remember the horses, men and women who brought
us to the place we are today.
4) More of God’s special human beings will experience freedom from their physical and
emotional limitations.
When complete, the Foundation’s campaign will raise $6.8 million for America’s Horse Cares,
a grant program that provides financial support to organizations that give special-needs
individuals the chance to take flight and ride on the back of an American Quarter Horse.
Together as one, we can make many more dreams possible.

ALL IT TAKES IS ONE CURE.ONE CURE TO PROLONG A LIFE. ONE CURE TO PROTECT A SPECIAL BOND.ONE CURE TO IMPROVE THE WELL-BEING OF AMERICA’S HORSE.
THE AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE FOUNDATION IS IMPROVING THE LIVES OF ALL HORSES.
SINCE 1960, THE FOUNDATION HAS GIVEN MORE THAN $4.5 MILLION IN FUNDS TO SKILLED
RESEARCHERS AND VETERINARIANS, HELPING ALL GOD’S HORSES LIVE HEALTHIER LIVES.
All it takes is one cure – to heal disease, preserve life and celebrate that lasting connection
between you and your American Quarter Horse.
The care and welfare of the American Quarter Horse is the top priority of any owner. And at
the American Quarter Horse Foundation, we share in that conviction. With millions of
American Quarter Horses across the world, funding equine research to find cures is a key priority.
The AQHA Equine Research Committee comprises dozens of leading American Quarter Horse
breeders, equine veterinarians and other AQHA members well-grounded in equine research
methods. Each year, the committee selects promising and appropriate research projects for
funding.
In 1994, a permanent fund was established to accept contributions from which interest income
provides financial support to find cures and help in the prevention of equine diseases and
injuries.
We’ve come so far. Now just imagine how much farther we can go together - for the health of
all horses - for the health of your horse.
The long-term goal of the Foundation is to have $5 million in a permanent equine research
fund. This principle will be kept in the fund forever, with the interest earned each year giving
the Foundation the ability to fund $500,000 or more annually to seek cures for diseases that
affect all horses.

ALL IT TAKES IS ONE MIND.ONE MIND TO EXPLORE. ONE MIND TO DREAM.ONE MIND TO ENSURE THE FUTURE OF THE AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE.
THE AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE FOUNDATION IS IMPROVING THE FUTURE OF THE
AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE, ONE MIND AT A TIME. SINCE ITS INCEPTION, MORE THAN $6.7
MILLION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO SOME 800 STUDENTS.
Almost 200 scholarships are granted each year to help American’s horse kids explore life’s
endless opportunities.
Because all it takes is one mind – to unbridle the potential, free the spirit and make a differ-
ence in the lives of others.
Ensuring the future of the American Quarter Horse industry includes developing and educat-
ing our future horse enthusiasts.
To date, there are many more qualified applicants than available scholarships, and more funds
are required to continue a legacy of educated horse lovers who can share in the future of the
American Quarter Horse.
Maybe you know someone who received an American Quarter Horse Foundation scholarship.
Perhaps it was you. Now you can help ensure more dreams come true by donating to the Foun-
dation Scholarship Fund.
When complete, the Foundation campaign will raise $3.2 million, giving us the ability to award
more than $500,000 to young people seeking a college education.

ALL IT TAKES IS ONE MEMORY.ONE MEMORY TO TELL A STORY. ONE MEMORY TO PRESERVE THE PAST.
ONE MEMORY TO KEEP THE LEGACY ALIVE.
THE AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE FOUNDATION IS CELEBRATING THE HERITAGE OF
AMERICA’S HORSE, ONE MEMORY AT A TIME.
Each year, the foundation provides financial support to the American Quarter Horse Hall of
Fame, allowing thousands of visitors to step back in time, learn more about the rich history of
the American Quarter Horse and preserve your legacy.
All it takes is one memory – to honor your American Quarter Horse.
The American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame was founded in 1975 to honor individuals and Ameri-
can Quarter Horses instrumental in the development of the breed and the Association.
Induction into the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame is one of the highest honors bestowed
by AQHA. Imagine your memories being forever celebrated in a new American Quarter Horse
Hall of Fame.

ALL IT TAKES IS ONE RIDE.ONE RIDE TO MAKE THEM LAUGH. ONE RIDE TO HELP THEM FLY.ONE RIDE TO GIVE THEM FREEDOM FROM THEIR PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS.
THE AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE FOUNDATION IS RAISING CHILDREN UP, ONE RIDE AT A
TIME. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT GIVE
GOD’S SPECIAL HUMAN BEINGS A MAGICAL RIDE ON THE BACK OF AN AMERICAN QUARTER
HORSE.
It’s called America’s Horse Cares and all it takes is one ride – to heal hearts, enrich lives and
celebrate the blessing of the american quarter horse.
The American Quarter Horse Foundation knows that the unique, emotional bond between an
American Quarter Horse and a person can overcome physical, psychological and emotional
barriers, bringing newfound joy and freedom to individuals with special needs. That’s why the
Foundation welcomes a special program to support therapeutic riding – America's Horse
Cares.
Therapeutic riding has unlimited benefits that have been noted for decades. It improves
balance, mobility, coordination, muscle tone and posture, and can ease symptoms of a wide
variety of disabilities, including brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, hearing or visual impair-
ments or learning disabilities. Plus, it’s helpful for people in improving motor skills, self-
esteem, concentration and problem-solving abilities.
You can help the Foundation give all special-needs children Angel’s wings - so they can take
flight on the back of an American Quarter Horse.
When complete, the Foundation campaign will raise $6.8 million for America’s Horse Cares.
We need your help to ensure that this happens.
