Return goods under warrantyNavionics cards are subject to a TWO-YEAR WARRANTY from the date of purchase by the end user. All the Navionics charts bought within 2 years are eligible for return.Exceptions:- Under no circumstances will defective cards be replaced under warranty without a valid proof of
purchase (receipt/invoice) provided by the end user. - Damage to memory modules due to misuse, abuse, water, excessive heat, physical damage and all
other types of damage are not covered by warranty.- The cards should not contain personal or end user files other than navigation data.- The MSD (Micro SD) media are accepted only if complete with their own SD adaptor intact.
Media cards for which a warranty replacement is claimed should be returned to whom the card has been purchased from (normally your authorized Navionics Distributor).
Report a cartographic problemBoth you and your customer are able to report any cartographic problem:- Go to navionics.com/customers and choose to report either a problem encountered on a GPS
chartplotter or the Navionics Boating app. Fill in the form in any part. In case the information injected is not enough, you will be contacted by Navionics customer service and be asked additional information.

Manage updates of old Navionics productsCustomers who own a Gold or a Silver card can get updated charts, upgrade to Navionics+ and enjoy one year of daily updates:- Using the old card to activate Navionics Updates- Online at the Navionics Webstore
IMPORTANT: if your customer has a Gold or Silver card equal or smaller than 2GB, it might not be possible, during the online update process, to download all the desired content. In this case, we recommend the first option, provided the card will be used in a plotter which supports card bigger than 2GB.
Customers with an old Platinum card can get updated charts, upgrade to a new Platinum+ and enjoy one year of daily updates by exchanging it at your shop. Customer who have Classic Navionics card can neither update nor exchange it.
