PERIODIC V (Feb./March) As per DAV Sheet
1. All the students should be present in their examination rooms before first bell.
2. Discipline and silence should be maintained during examination. 3. All articles like books, bags, etc. should be kept outside the class room
before taking the seat. Check that no papers are kept on or inside the desk.
4. No student will be allowed to borrow or lend any stationery articles during the examination.
5. Name and Roll No. should be written on the question paper immediately after receiving. Nothing else should be written on the question paper.
6. After examination, students must hand over the answer sheets to he invigilator, collect their articles and leave the examination room and the building in silence.
7. A student who uses unfair means and receives or gives any assistance in any form during examination will be strictly dealt with. Any student found cheating or attempting to cheat or having in his/her possession paper or material pertaining to the exam will be awarded zero in that particular exam irrespective of the fact whether the material has been used. A warning letter will also be issued. Repetition of the offence may result in the dismissal of the student.
8. Use of calculators or any other electronic/non electronic gadget to solve questions in the examination is prohibited.
9. Answer sheets for Terminal, Half Yearly and Annual Examination are provided by the school. Students must bring their answers sheets for the Unit Tests.
10. Promotion in classes VI to IX is based on the over all performance of the students in tests held during the session. It is mandatory to score passing marks in all scholastic subjects to be eligible for promotion.
11. Admission to Class XI will be based on the overall performance of the students in Class IX and Class X.
12. No Annual examination will be conducted for classes LKG to V. They will be promoted on the basis of internal assessment and weekly tests.
13. Criteria for promotion for class XI is 40% aggregate and individual subjects pass percentage both in theory and practical without any grace marks.
ATTENDANCE 1. 75% attendance of the academic session of the school is compulsory
for every student for promotion to the next higher class. Regular defaulters will not be allowed to appear for exam.
2. Absence from school before an examination / test without an application / information, or for attending social functions should be discouraged to avoid a disciplinary action.
