Participants: Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates with minimal work
experience
Objective: Master the basics of delivering advisory services while gaining a broad
understanding of healthcare and Avalere’s services
Structure: 6-month program engaging in project work spanning the firm’s content areas

Meet Gayatri
Gayatri Das GuptaAssociate/Alumni
Gayatri Das Gupta supports clients with research and analysis that span a variety
of healthcare sectors and stakeholders. She applies her background in research
and growth strategy to a broad range of client projects.
Prior to joining Avalere, Gayatri was a consultant with the Beacon Group,
conducting research and analysis and preparing client deliverables within the
company’s Technology, Defense, Healthcare, and Industrials Practices for Fortune
500 companies. Prior to that, as a staff intern with the Kissinger Institute on China
and the United States at the Wilson Center, she conducted research, contributed
to the Institute’s newsletter, and provided content for the Institute’s projects.
Gayatri has an BA in global studies and East Asian studies from Colby College.
