IMPORTANT SUPPLY INFORMATION

ORDER CUT OFF IS:

MARCH 4, 2011.

NEW ACCOUNTS

A complete credit application form

• including personal directors

guarantee and R.O.T, must be filled in

and approved by Alpinestars (Monza

Imports) before we can accept any

new account orders.

ORDERS

• All styles are sold by size and colour

but subject to a minimum 6 units per

style

• All orders are subject to availability of

stock and minimums where stated.

• We can accept orders for un-opened

stores though won’t guarantee full

supply until the store is opened.

We will not hold stock for unopened

stores that is not paid for in full in

advance.

• All indent orders will be confirmed by

order confirmation.

• Discrepancies with order confirmation

details must be notified within 14 days of

receipt of order confirmation.

SHIPPING

• Goods delivered at any time during

the indented month will be considered

to be delivered on time.

• Orders, regardless of order value,

will be subject to a freight charge by

weight.

• Discrepancies with order deliveries,

including faulty product, must be

notified within 7 days of receipt of

delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations after order confirmation

will incur 30% cancellation fee.

• Adjustments to orders will be

accepted prior to our sell window cut

off.

• All cancellation requests must be

handled via your sales representative.

PAYMENTS

• Alpinestars trading terms after

account approval are 30 days from

statement.

• Any account which exceeds 45 days

will be placed on stop ship, with forward

orders risking partial shipment or

cancellation.

• Amounts beyond our trading terms

risk being placed into the hands of our

credit collections agency. The

additional costs of this service will be

payable by the account.

REFUNDS

• Returned goods will not be accepted,

unless accompanied by a ‘return

authorized number’.

• Returned goods must be returned in

the same condition as they were

delivered or they will be returned to the

customer at the customers cost.

• The actual colours on finished

products may vary from those

displayed.

• Prices detailed in this catalogue may
