UPA II INDIAN GOVERNMENT AND DR. MAN MOHAN SINGH

The UPA II Government at the Centre in India must be clinging on to its position by virtue of its numbers achieved on the floor of the Parliament, but its credibility is long washed away. If a country like Japan had faced such an embarrassing situation, the Government would have changed atleast half a dozen times, as we see scam after scam. People in such countries maintain minimum manners and dignity. Political parties come to power is only to exploit the country and amass wealth for their future plans either individually or for their political parties. When shall we look up and say that there shall be no more corruption in our country? Astrologically, it must remain as a dream. As per the chart at the time of independence from Britain, i.e., on 15 Aug 1947 at 00-02 a.m., New Delhi, for a Chart of Taurus rising, Jupiter is posited in own star in 06th house and Mars is posited in Rahu star Arudra in Gemini. Rahu is indeed an occupant of the lagna. These combinations suggest lots and lots of financial irregularities and corruption.

ROLE OF CUSPAL STAR LORD - ASCENDANT SAGITTARIUS

OM GAJAANANAM NAMAMHYAM CUSPAL STAR LORD: In this issue as a ninth article on Cuspal Star Lord for Dhanur Lagna is taken up. Dhanur contains three stars in its Sign i.e. Mula, Purvashada & Utttarashada 1 pada. The characteristics of these three stars were dealt elaborately basing on various Texts of Great Scholars such as Brihat Jataka, Brihat Parasara, Jathaka Deepika, Phala Deepika, Jathaka Bharanam, Jathaka Parijatham, Saravali. Many of the features belong to Rasi Simha, Gana etc. Some are repeated because of different Authors who describe the characteristics of each star in their slokas. However we can find majority are common from these ancient texts.

I Mula belongs to Kshatriya Varna, Adya Nadi, Shavan Yoni, Rakshasa Gana and Mooshak Varga. He will be lucky as far as wealth and luxuries are concerned. He will never ever lack wealth and luxuries. He will own many vehicles. By nature he will be violent and cruel. Physically he will be very strong and healthy. His mind will be matured and peaceful. His enemies will be in awe of him and will never dare to harm him openly. He will have knowledge of different shastras and in his society he will be known as a learned person. The Sign Lords are getting the signification of that particular cusp. Whereas if you judge Star of the Cusps then apart from 7 planets you will also look into the Nodes Rahu and Kethu also for judging the same. Hence all the 9 planets would get portfolios of the cusps. Whether these Cuspal Star Planets are giving the results of these Cusps? I request all the seniors would offer their feedback on this topic. For Dhanur Lagna the Cusps 1,5,9 are in Fiery Signs (Dharma) and the Lords of these houses (Jupiter, Mars and Sun) are very much helpful to each other. Kona Lords are Trijanamas Father Son and Grandson. You can observe that Jupiter, Mars and Sun are trine lords connected to Dharma. Jupiter lord of 1&4 is powerful in giving Lagna results and 4th if Jupiter is placed well, good with mother, respected in Home and Native place with good education, religious and spiritual; Mars as lord of 5n12 good health, progeny and marital harmony. Generally indicates Mars areas are protected. Sun as lord of 9 is indicates good higher education, Govt. Favours and gets administrative or defence postings.

If these three houses (I V IX) connected to Kethu (Node) would determine the outcome basing on Kethu’s Signification (Nodes conjunction, Aspect, Star Lord and lastly the Sign Lord) – Kethu’s nature is negative, but if it connects to 1st is good for spiritual progress and success in Kethu Major period; but when it connected to 5th speaks bad about progeny, leads to abortions; connected to 9th troubles in higher education but good for spiritual upliftment.

If they are connected to Venus (VI & XI) then the results are (1,6&11); (5,6&11); and (9, 6&11); signification 1st connection is good for competitive exams, luck thru Venus matters; 5th connection gives good for pleasurable pursuits, entertainments, artistic pursuits and not favourable for love affairs; 9th connection would give good higher education, success in competitive exams, success in long journeys, pilgrimages.

o Finally if these cusps are connected to Sun (IX) then the results are (1,9), (5,9) and (9) signification 1st connection is favourable for parental luck, purvapunya, spiritual and Luck thru previous Births; 5th connection gives spiritual, remedial success, godly help, good health and attachment family, marital harmony; 9th connection would give good higher education and sometimes as Research scholars.

Second Triplet Cusps are the 2,6,10 which are Earthy Signs (Saturn, Venus and Mercury) are connected to Money, Service and Profession/ Job indicates Artha. Saturn as lord of 2 indicates money thru hard work, genuine efforts and means of Saturn nature; Venus lord of 6&11 indicates success, competition, good for gains and success in business, problems in marital life; Mercury as lord 7 &10 gives tensions in office as well as in communication, short journeys and marketing as Mercury is Bhadhaka for this Ascendant creates problems thru spouse and job.

o If these cusps are connected to star of Sun (IX) then the results are (2,9), (6,9) and (10&9) signification 2nd connection is favourable for parental luck, purvapunya, spiritual and Luck thru father; 6th connection gives competition exams success, higher education would be very successful and brings luck, long journeys; 10th connection would give good for higher studies and not good for independent jobs and may lead to own setup and consultancy firms.

o If these Cusps are connected to star of Moon (VIII) then the results are (2,8); (6,8); and (10, 8); 2nd signification indicates loss of money, speech may lead to complecations, negative to money aspect; 6th connection would give ill luck and may loose many aspects; 10th connection is normally not favourable for profession and job, thus the 8th is always not useful.

o Finally if these Cusps are connected star of to Mars (V&XII) then the results are (2,5&12); (6,5&12); and (10,5&12); signification which indicates 2nd connection would give financial gains and Luck through children, good health, marital happiness and birth of children; 6th connection would lead to good business, but delays the marriage or failure in selected spouse because of 6th signification; 10th connection would lead to luck and gains, a very good combination for job in abroad, service, good health, etc..

Third Triplet Cusps are the 3,7,11 Houses which are Airy Signs (Saturn, Mercury & Venus) connected to Kama. Saturn as lord 3 gives long life, steady progress, short journeys; Mercury as Bhadhaka lord of 7n10 creates problems in marital area and in business/ job side; Venus is lord of 11 & 6 helps success in all these areas as gains and defeat to opponent is important in once own life.

o If these three cusps (III, VII & XI) connected to Mars (V&XII) then the results are (3,5&12); (7,5&12); and (11,5&12); signification which indicates 3rd connection would give financial gains and Luck through children, good health, marital happiness and birth of children; 7th connection would lead to good business, successful love marriage and birth of twins in the chart of female as 5n7 indicates simultaneously 1st and 2nd issues i.e twins; 11th connection would lead to luck and gains, a very good combination for job in abroad, good health, etc.

If they are connected to Rahu (Node) would determine the outcome basing on Rahu Signification (Nodes conjunction, Aspect, Star Lord and lastly the Sign Lord) – Rahu’s connection to 3rd gives loss of mother, school education, but good for longevity in Upachaya and also gives good Yoga during Rahu Major period; 7th connection leads illegal contacts, marriage with a partner of inter caste, religion or country; unconventional and out of community marriage and finally there will be lot of friction in marital life and may lead to breakage;

11th connection gives good luck and long life as it is not a Bhadhaka House unlike for Moveable Ascendants.

Finally if these Cusps connected to Jupiter (I& IV) then the results are (3,1&4); (7,1&4); and (11,1&4); Jupiter 3rd connection would give long life, relations with mother/ secondary education, native place would not be congenial; 7th connection would lead love marriage, marital disharmony, not good for business leads to loss; 11th connection would lead to luck and gains, happiness thru mother, home town, secondary education good, flourishes in own place with name and fame.

Fourth Triplet Cusps are the 4,8,12 which are connected to Watery Signs (Jupiter, Moon and Mars) who are friends to Lagna Lord Jupiter hence these trigons dushtans will prove to be comfortable for this Ascendant. Dasha lord Moon is the owner of his fourth bhava and deposited in the seventh bhava. Therefore, Moon is a significator for sixth, seventh and fourth bhavas. This Moon is in a star of Kethu, who is also a significator for first, sixth and seventh bahavs. When Neil Armstrong landed on the Moon, this dasha lord Moon was transiting in his fifth bhava with square aspect to its natal position. The Sun was transiting Cancer as in the birth chart and in conjunction with Mercury. The transiting Moon was in Virgo in conjunction with transiting Jupiter and Uranus. Next, consider the sub lord of the ascendant. It will show about the life span of a native, whether it is, long life or medium or short. The sub lord of the ascendant is Venus, a significator for the 1st being the owner and in the fifth bhava and deposited in a star of Sun, lord of fifth in the fourth bhava. In the chart I saw Moon is in the Rahu / Ketu axis in 08th house and that Saturn is posited in Ketu star in lagna, with significations of 01, 06, 07, 08, 02 houses. I immediately asked the person as to whether the native is suffering from cancer or not? He replied “may be yes”. He then wanted me to analyze the longevity of the native. I saw Mars-Moon-Jupiter VMD period is being operated for the native. Dasha lord Mars is badhaka for Leo borns, and it is in own star. Bhukti lord Moon signifies prominent houses of 12, 08 denoting hospitalization and serious nature of illness. Antara lord Jupiter is lord of 05 and 08 and it is in 06th house. It is further posited in the star of Sun, who is lagna lord. Hence 01, 06, 08, 12, 05, 09 house are involved along with Jupiter, Moon (with the axis of Saturn/Rahu/Ketu) indicating that the native is hospitalized with liver cancer. Upon sensing the serious nature of illness, I immediately told him that the longevity is in the hands of Almighty God. Later it was confirmed to me that unfortunately the native indeed passed away in hospital.
