LUNG CANCER It was announced on 11 Aug 2020 that Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with Stage-03 lung cancer, and is going to fly to US for treatment. Cancer is signified by a combination of houses 01, 06 and 08 along with Saturn, Rahu and Moon. Lungs are signified by 03rd house and Mercury along with an airy sign. 12th house indicates hospitalization. Saturn is also considered as roga karaka. Venus is lord of 07 and 12 cusps and is in own star in 10th cusp. 10th cusp cannot offer disease, and Venus is in own star, which means Venus is strong. 08th cusp sub lord is Jupiter. Jupiter denotes cusps 02, 05 and 12 only and it is in own star. It is not linked to Venus. So there could be illness, but it cannot be life threatening.

Saturn is aspecting Rahu, who is in the star of Moon viz. Hastha in Virgo. Hence there is a link established between Saturn-Rahu-Moon. This can bring Cancer, the dreaded disease. Rahu is in the sign of Mercury, who is karaka for lungs. Saturn is lord of 03rd house, where lungs are located. Lungs are dual organs. Saturn is in a dual sign, while Mercury is dual planet.

Dasha lord Saturn in Capricorn in natal 03rd house in transit. It is in the star of Sun, and is in retrograde motion. Bhukti lord is Ketu. Ketu denotes Mars, Saturn and Jupiter. Mars denotes houses 01 and 06. But Saturn does not. Jupiter signifies 12th house. But Saturn signifies houses 02, 03, 04 and 05 only. Hence Saturn does not look dangerous. RULING PLANET (RP) According to the time chart, lagna is at 23 deg. in Cancer, which means lagna is ruled by Mercury and Moon. Moon is in Libra and it is in the star Visakha, which means this area is ruled by Venus and Jupiter. Day lord is Mars. Culminating, the RP are Mercury, Moon, Venus, Jupiter and Mars. In the natal chart, RP Mercury indicates 08th house and badhaka. This is not good for longevity issues. RP Moon is badhaka in the natal chart, and is aspecting lagna. This is also not so good in terms of longevity. But Mercury is also lord of 11th house, which is for recovery. RP Venus is maraca lord and is also lord of 12th house (hospitalization). Venus is in 10th house and is in own star, which is good. RP Jupiter is in own star in the natal chart, but is in 12th house. RP Mars is lord of the lagna and is 06th lord too, thereby brining in illness for the native. But Mars signifies 10th house and 05th house through self and Ketu. 05th house is for recovery. In the judgement chart, badhaka planets are Venus, Rahu, Ketu and Mars. Planet signifying 08th house (longevity) is only Saturn. house. Saturn denotes houses 07, 08 and 02 by self and also through Sun. But Sun denotes Ketu, who is for badhaka. But luckily Ketu is in 06th house, which promotes illness, but not longevity issues. document. Similar to how banks or other financial institutions ask for KYC documents to know their customer, an astrologer has to get to know the Desha/Kaala/Paatra of this client. I felt within my limited experience that without Desha, kaala, paatra we cannot do justice to the query raised by the client and help him navigate his situation. As the querist is my friend and colleague, I know the situation that he was currently in at that time. The querist is already in the US working for a tech company on a temporary visa, and is hoping to get permanent work authorization to continue working & living in his current place. This is very crucial information because the moment any querist asks for work authorization for foregin place, we tend to look at the 3/9/12 to see if there is long-distance travel indicated in the horary chart. But, since the native is already present in the US and working, we just need to look at the required cusps which tell the information on the work related document, indicated by the 12th cusp. For ruling planets, at the time of casting, lagna is rising in Libra sign in Visakha nakshatra and sub of Mercury. Moon occupies Makara rashi in the star of Uttarashada and sub of Saturn. The day was Thursday and Ketu is conjunct with Saturn. At the time of query, Jupiter was in Retrograde motion until August 2019, so Jupiter can be removed from the ruling planets. Moon occupies the 10th house in star of Sun, the 6th lord in lagna and in sub of Saturn, the 12th lord in 10th house. Moon is also the cuspal sublord of 4th house. Moon, the significator of mind, is connected to the 12th



house, which is 3rd from 10th i.e. house of documents related to the 10th house of profession and connected to 6th of his daily duty & 4th of his current place of residence. Moon in the sub of Saturn itself here indicates some delay and some repetition in the process. As per KP rules, the relevant cuspal sub lord or the sub lord's star lord should not be retrograde in the horary chart at the time of query. Here, the 12th cusp sub lord represents the visa or the H1B work authorization document being the 3rd from 10th. Retrograde Jupiter is the sublord of the 12th cusp until Aug 2019, but as the lottery process gets done by May or June, it can be said the lottery process will not be successful and the native will not get his work authorization document at this time. However, the 12th cusp sublord Jupiter is in star of Mercury posited in 12, and in sub of Saturn the 12th lord in 10th house. Saturn is also the 11th lord and also the cuspal sublord of 3rd house and 9th house. 3rd house and 9th house along with 11th indicates some fruitful nature of communication. Hence, after Jupiter becomes direct, native will have a chance to get his work authorization to be picked up in lottery process as 12th sublord is very strongly connected to 10th and 12th houses. Since the work authorization is not currently indicated, is there a change of place? 3rd cusp sublord Saturn, who is also the 9th cusp sublord, owns 12th house and is in star of Venus in 12



and in sub of ketu in 10th. Ketu is the sublord of 8th indicating some sudden nature. 10th cusp sublord Rahu is in sub of Venus who is lord of 3 in 12th house. Hence, there can be some transfer related to job. The current dasha running was also of Sun-Saturn-Venus from June to Aug of 2019 which are related to travel and job transfer related houses. The native was actually transferred to Canada on July 14, 2019 when the Dasha was Sun-Saturn-Venus-Rahu period all linked to profession and 3rd house of leaving home. The native is currently in Canada and is still trying to get back to US to get his work authorization again. The upcoming Sun-Venus-Saturn period from Dec 2021 to Jan 2022 is linked to the same job transfer related houses and also being Saturn sublord of 3,9 and 11 can be the time the native comes back to US.

ABNORMAL DELAY IN MARRIAGE:

SATURN IS THE KEY (KP SYSTEM PREDICTION)

In regular verification, we come across different types of horoscopes with respect to marriage. There are certainly exceptional cases where we find an abnormal delay in marriage. Whenever we use the word delay, there will be an influence of Saturn on that matter. It might be due to its inimical nature towards the two celestial timekeepers Sun and the Moon. Guruji Shri KSK averred that the aspect of Saturn over 7th house may cause a delay in marriage. This aspect may even deny the marriage when Saturn is not a significator for 2 or 7 or 11 houses. These principles should be kept in mind while understanding the strength of the 7th cuspual sub-Lord. Herewith I am presenting the Horoscope of a gentleman who got married (for the first time) at his 52nd year!



Sub-Lord of the 7th House is Kethu and it is deposited in the star of Moon and subdivision of the Jupiter. Moon is in the 12th house whereas Jupiter is deposited in the 3rd house in Sun star. Therefore Kethu is strongly connected with 1, 3, 4, 7, and 12 houses. Kethu is also associated with the 7th Lord Jupiter and the 11th Lord Mars in the sign of Virgo. The configuration of these two planets had given sufficient strength for Kethu to materialize marriage. Hence marriage is promised. However, the aspect of Saturn over these three planets ( Jupiter, Mars, and Kethu) as well as on the 7th house might be an impinging factor for the delay. Saturn is casting its glance over the seventh house by sitting in the 10th House and hence career played a major role for the delay. The native was seriously involved in career matters and prioritized it over marriage. The aspect of Saturn over 7th house and the Conjunction of Rahu and Saturn made me predict



marriage during the Saturn-Rahu period. Here we have to know that Rahu is also a representative for Jupiter the Lord of the 7th house. It was further aspected by the 11th Lord Mars and hence it will get the connection for 7 and 11 houses. Further Rahu is located in its own subdivision which qualifies him to be a fruitful planet for marriage. I expected marriage during the conjoined period of Saturn- Rahu- Mercury that rules between August and December 2020. Surprisingly marriage happened during Saturn- Rahu- Saturn period on 29th July 2020 at 9:35 p.m. On the date of marriage, Sun was sitting in the star of Saturn and subdivision of Rahu. Moon is also transmitting in the star of Saturn and even ascendant by the time of marriage is also in the star of Saturn (Pisces)! This is ample evidence of the importance of Saturn and its aspect over important houses and planets. The aspect of Saturn caused extraordinary delay in marriage but not denial for the reason that Saturn is located in the star of Mercury and subdivision of Jupiter. Mercury is the star-Lord on the cusp of second house where as Jupiter is sign Lord of the 7th house. Mercury in turn is located in the star of Rahu the strongest planet for the seventh house. One more interesting point is that Saturn is in a favorable aspect with the chief significator of marriage the Venus. Adding strength to it, Venus is also ruling the star on 7 and 11 houses. In this way Saturn is connected with all important houses of marriage. Hence its aspect should be considered of having delaying impact rather a denying one.



Meaningful assessment of the planetary position is most important while offering a prediction otherwise we may arrive at contradictory inferences from the truth. Honestly, I may not be able to predict marriage for this horoscope without the application of KP system. These elements are present in the body in a particular order as represented by five lower chakras in the body. Same order can be seen on the earth too. This can lead to weak business, some severe health issues may increase, Corona may increase its spread, affected numbers may increase beyond expectation. Under normal circumstances we may see subdued share market trades, volatility remains



high and significant rise may not happen. If there is any significant weak news we may see sharp fall on market, any good news, if we see any sharp rise, the rise may not get sustained. Weak market news may be the theme for September. Overall trade view is weak market. Mercury planet is combusted in the East and rises or comes out of combustion in the West. Mercury in West is weak, hence chances of weak financial market conditions, shares of financial sector may show more weakness than rise. In August, financial sector boomed bullishly, any share which has had significant rise will fall and fall in select case may be severe. Apart from share market, even commodity market is likely to remain subdued, we may see fall in bullion commodities. Gold & Silver which have seen healthy rise beyond expectations may begin to show weakness. Metals may also begin to show weakness. September month is the last month of Monsoon season, Harvest season will also begin, we have had excellent Monsoon as predicted, excess supply may also lead to fall in price of vegetables & food-grains. After Adhik mass ends in mid-October, festival season will begin. Business in festival season will also be lack-luster. In share market one needs to remain cautious, bullish conditions will not be stable and bearish conditions will rule. Venus will remain in Cancer sign for 28 days from September 1. Sectors that gain from Venus placement are Shipping, any water transport, aviation, export business is likely to see more significant rise, crude will



remain in a range. Chances of some mild rise are possible. With fall in bullion prices, Gold & Silver may be the preferred delivery-based commodity.

Jupiter remains in Poorva Shradhaa Nakshatra, lord is Venus, Now Venus has moved out of Gemini and entered Cancer. In Cancer sign Venus get support from Mars and Saturn. But Venus is weak in Cancer sign. Bull support is between 4-15 September. Otherwise Venus is weak. Saturn-Mars both support midcap, smallcap & penny stocks, Saturn making Khall yog, if it works market may continue to see rise till September 15, if it doesn’t works then frontline market may see fall and midcap market may see healthy rise. Midcap financial stocks will continue to Boom/rise. PSB will get astro bullish support till mid September. There is a possibility market may see weakness between September 1-4.

Overall view for September is one needs to remain cautious in Capital market. Individual finances are likely to see more tightness. Here is a catch, in August month it was noticed, despite weak astro indicators, market rose beyond expectations. FIIs have got into stock buying spree with healthy investments. All this time FIIs were sellers and DIIs were buyers, now its reverse. If astro indicators do not work for bearish market views, we may see bullish conditions. Under these circumstances technical levels will play an important role. Another thing which I noticed on reason for continued bull run is Saturn gets support of Khall yog (means Anchor yog), we may see unprecedent rise in midcap, smallcap & penny stocks. With Venus support penny stocks will



be Jackpot segment. Few stocks like Yes Bank, Idea, PNB, and many other penny stocks may see surprise fortune breakouts. Let’s see how market moves in September, yes, any weak news market can be like 100 haath sonar ke, eek haath lohar ka. Meaning, efforts put by bulls for rising market by 300 points in 8 trading sessions can be destroyed completely by bears in one trading session. Yes, if Khall yog fails then we may see market getting in bearish mode.
