Sigue la señalización hasta el punto de canje que corresponda a tu acceso.6. Presenta tu “print at home” y DNI/pasaporte en el punto de canje (recuerda dejarlo firmado). Los puntos de canje se abren a partir de las 9 horas del lunes 26 de agosto ininterrumpidamente hasta el inicio de la tomatina. RECUERDA VEN CON TIEMPO SUFICIENTE.7. En el punto de canje te pondrán la pulsera acreditativa que es la única acreditación válida para la entrada del recinto de la Tomatina.8. Dirígete al acceso asignado a partir de las 07:30 hrs, (REPÁSATE LA NORMATIVA DE ACCESO) donde una vez pases el control de seguridad, YA ESTÁS EN LA TOMATINA.9. No se permite la entrada a ninguna persona con mochila, bolso, camara o cualquier objeto que pueda ocasionar daños. ¡WARNING! CONDICIONES GENERALES1. Que las “entradas” de la Tomatina 2019 no son una entrada sino una tasa municipal del Excelentísimo Ayuntamiento de Buñol de un valor de 12€;

DERECHO DE ADMISIÓN:Quedará prohibido el acceso y, en su caso, la permanencia a:a. Quienes manifiesten actitudes violentas y, en especial, a los que se comporten de forma agresiva o provoquen altercados, los que porten armas u objetos susceptibles de ser utilizados como tales y a los que lleven ropa o símbolos que inciten a la violencia, el racismo o la xenofobia en los términos previstos en la legislación sobre protección de la seguridad ciudadana y en el Código Penal.b. Aquéllos que con su actitud pongan en peligro o causen molestias a otros espectadores o usuarios.c. Los que estén consumiendo drogas o sustancias estupefacientes y/o muestren síntomas evidentes de haberlas consumido.e. Cuando se llegue al aforo máximo hora de cierre.f. Aquellos que porten envases rígidos de metal, cristal, cerámica o similar así como drogas o sustancias estupefa-cientes y cámaras profesionales no acreditadas.g. La entrada de animales excepto perros lazarillo. Otras:a. La organización no se hace responsable de las entradas, “print at home” o pulseras perdidos, robados o deteriora-dos. Todo “print at home” roto, enmendado, en mal estado o con indicios de falsificación autorizará al organizador a privar a su portador la entrada al recinto.b. La organización no se responsabiliza de las entradas, “print at home” o pulseras no adquiridas en puntos de venta oficiales.c. El público podrá ser sometido a un registro a la entrada al recinto con el fin de evitar la entrada de objetos no autoriza-dos.d. No existen consignas.e. ADVERTENCIA: la falsificación o uso fraudulento de este documento, pueden ser constitutivos de delito según lo indicado en el Título XIII, Capítulo VI y Título XVIII, capítulo I del código penal.

RECOMENDACIONES DE SEGURIDAD PARA MENORES DE EDAD:• La Tomatina puede ser un evento peligroso.• No se recomienda para menores de 16 años quedando bajo la responsabilidad de los padres o tutores legales su acceso al recinto. En caso de acceder se recomienda que:

• Mantenga vigilado continuamente al menor.• Escríbale su teléfono de contacto en el brazo.

• Infórmele que si se pierde, busque a alguien de organización o seguridad.• Manténgalo alejado de los camiones.

Puede ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición mediante un escrito a nuestra dirección Calle Cid, 20, 46360 Buñol (Valencia). No animals are allowed except guide dogs. Additional:a. The organization is not responsible for the lost, stolen or damaged tickets, “print at home” or bracelet tag. If the organization receives any torn, in bad conditions or with signs of falsification “print at home”, the organization will deprive the access to the Tomatina area.b. The organization is not responsible for those tickets, “print at home” or bracelet tags which are not purchased in the o�cial selling points.c. The public may be subjected to a security search at the access of the area to prevent the access to unauthorized objects. d. There is no left-luggage o�ce. e. WARNING: the falsification or fraudulent use of this document may constitute o�ences in compliance with the title XIII, Chapter VI and Title XVIII, chapter I of the Criminal Code.
